Terrible customer service. I called the office simply to ask a question about an item they were selling and I was about to buy. The guy from the beginning was rude and instead of answering a simple question. He was all defensive that why I call them instead of contacting them through eBay.
Even if they do have the car part I need, I prefer not do business with people that get offended if you ask something about the item they are selling. Good luck to those who make online purchases with them.

Incredibly helpful, fast, and friendly. I honestly couldn’t be happier with my purchase and all of the help they provided. I purchased two door panels online from them and they were able to answer all of my questions, quickly at that! I’m very impressed and will certainly use them again. I will update with photos once package arrives.

Needed a used transmission for my Dodge sprinter 08 model. Found them on eBay. Not only did they have a low mileage certified A-OK use tranny, but they also had it at a remarkably affordable price. Matt was terrific and even brought the transmission 50 miles away and picked up my core at the transmission shop I now have 25,000 miles on this transmission we drive a lot, and it has been performing remarkably.. honest, reliable, and affordable.Donnie
