Update - refund was issued. They asked for my wire instructions and i sent them, but their accounting department sent it via ACH, so it’s lost in my bank, and I’m still trying to get it routed to my account.Also - yes i was ghosted. I texted, called, emailed 2 Regional managers, no reply. I kept having to request updates on the manufacturing update if i wanted to keep the order, and kept following up on the refund, because no one got back to me.How can you accept a $15,000 order, then immediately tell me the inventory wasn’t there, and the manufacturer had stopped making it for the year, and not sure when they would restart it up? So yea, very unprofessional. Extremely disorganized. Lack communication to the extreme.******************I ordered 70 benches for my wedding venue, wired them over $15,000. Then they are out of stock, and will be months before I get them. When I ask for a refund, everyone ghosts me and no one returns my calls or texts or emails. Buyer beware!

Having tried different trading platform , my last experience with Mrs Kathy Lawrence, is the best ever, I traded with $500 and within a week I made profit of $6500 and to my greatest surprise no extra charge was paid for my withdrawal. So I recommend Mrs Kathy Lawrence, platform for effective trade to every one.

Inferior products and nothing done for the consumer after having purchased any type of outdoor furniture. Lounge chairs cracked after only using one season. All junk!!!

I have the Sullivan model chairs and out of the 43 I have we have something like 18 are broken. Most on the left side arm in the same spot so it goes to show it is a design flaw. I actually contact them every year in the spring when I am opening up the patio at my restaurant and I am out there bolting the chairs arm together with "L" brackets.

I inherited a set of these beautiful and comfortable, white lawn chairs when my dear mom died. She bought them in the early nineties and they still function and look like new in 2020 !
