I brought my 2021 Ram 1500 with a 5.7l engine to L&B for the emissions control system recall and a state inspection. They first did the recall, and in so doing, apparently, triggered the check engine light. They failed the state inspection for the check engine light (that they caused to come on). They then did the state inspection. My truck has had auxiliary lights for the past two inspections. The first inspection for my truck was done by them. The second inspection was done by the CDJR dealership in Wrightsville, PA. The car passed inspection. This time around, they failed the inspection because my driving lights did not have covers on them (which was never an issue in the prior inspections). According to the PA Vehicle Inspection Manual, Section E relating to Passenger Cars and Light Trucks, section 175.66 relating to Lighting and Electrical System, paragraph (F), the only requirement for covers to be used is when there are off-road lights mounted on the roof and a roll bar. Here is the relevant subsection (F):(F) Off-road lighting.--Off-road lighting lamps may be mounted on the roof or roll bar of a vehicle and shall be covered with an opaque covering that prohibits any light from being emitted when the vehicle is being operated on a highway or trafficway. Any person who illuminates an off-road lighting lamp while the vehicle is being operated on a highway or a trafficway commits a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $100.I do not have any roof lights installed nor do I have a roll bar installed. The service desk technician said that this was a discretionary decision by the inspector. I said there are no discretionary aspects relating to these provisions; either they fail or they don't fail - it's fairly black and white. He disagreed. I spent my time and $64. By the way, when they delivered the vehicle to me, there were no engine lights on. I urge you not to bring your car here for recalls or state inspections as they seem to be incompetent and this will result in you having wasted your time and money for nothing.

Had a great experience here working with Michael Dore to get us into a new Pacifica Hybrid. Knowledgeable, respectful of our time, and no sign of any of the kind of stuff that gives car dealers a bad rep. Michael pounded the pavement to get us the exact config we wanted and was able to turn it around from "go ahead" to delivery in a week total. Hard to beat that kind service!

The service department is terrible. Everytime we take our car in for service they do something wrong- they have lost our trunk cover, when replacing the sunroof they left grease stains all over the headliner and didn't replace all the trim behind the mirror. We just brought it in for inspection and asked the replace the trim the neglected to when we spent 4500 on sunroom "yes we replaced it"- not 2 mins down the road it comes flying off!!! They are incompetent and have no desire to make sure the work is done correctly. I definitely do not recommend this service center.

I saw a truck at a different dealership and Savage L&B went above and beyond to get that vehicle to their dealership for me. It was a true pleasure doing business with Savage L&B with no hassling, haggling or pressure. While the whole sales team is great I had the opportunity to deal with Mark M. who gave me a steal of a deal!

Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair, the buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my new (used) car. Excellent customer service, as well!! As far as car dealerships go, this is probably one of the best experiences I've ever had at one. The people are very nice and make you feel comfortable, and they tried to make sure I was in and out of there as quickly as possible. I would definitely go back again for my next vehicle purchase.

I had the most amazing experience at Savage L\u0026B. I had been searching for the right vehicle for some time and as soon as I spoke to Mark, I knew this was the right place to be. Mark and Chris helped explain everything to me. They put me at ease with such a tedious process. I spoke to many different people at various dealerships and they were by far the nicest, most knowledgeable, helpful, kind individuals. We've purchased 3 jeeps from this establishment last purchasing a 2019 in December 2022...only 4 and a half months ago not to mention they charged me $35,000 for a 2019 jeep they said they did a complete workup on it that it's like new well today we go to get in the jeep and the battery is dead. They sold us a jeep with an original battery from 2018 that's supposedly been completely certified so we call them and they give us a complete run around saying welllll batteries can go at any time but it shouldn't have because it should've been replaced prior to sale they refuse to do anything to help me BUYER BEWARE THEYRE not for the customer and lost my business completely. You'd think being a repeat customer spending top dollar with them would mean something NOPE once they got your money you're on your own. Very disappointed will never purchase a vehicle here ever again. Save your money and go somewhere else because their customer service skills are trash as well as their vehicles

I had a great experience at Savage L\\u0026B. Mark and Chris were wonderful to work with and made my car shopping experience effortless. They let me have an extended test drive over the weekend which helped me solidify my decision. Also, Mark helped me install my children's car seats AND even came to my house a few days later to help me install my garage door opener when I had difficulty. I truly have never had such remarkable customer service before. We will be back for years to come!

If you need a new vehicle, then this is absolutely the place to go. Mike Dore is the epitome of customer service, and went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle i wanted. Ive also shared that with his manager, and hopefully the owner will see this as well. He kept me informed every step of the way and provided me with excellent choices. His brother Tim and another Mike were also extremely helpful when Mr. Dore was not available. They have all definitely earned my repeat business at this location. Amazing work all over.

This was the second vehicle my wife and I got from Savage although the first was at their 61 location. From start to finish it was a smooth experience. After making an inquiry online, Chris Perez started working on the deal for me. He was always available to answer any questions that I had. When we arrived at the dealer, Chris was off that day, but Andy Nocera took over and closed the deal . Joel Brady and Jason Vanatta wrapped everything up and we were on our way. Overall, super easy car buying experience. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. It definitely was a laid back no pressure atmosphere. Would recommend them for your next vehicle.
