GNC is now upping their price while downing their weight on packages like a food stamp diva asking for more for less while refusing to sell the types from the same brands that have more serving I will be ordering all my vitamins and powder from Amazon where I can get more of everything that's inside it and more servings add stop spending $50 a week there greediness just lost you steady money

Apparently the place closes when the workers feel like they want to be done. I showed up shortly before the store was supposed to close at 6:00 on Sunday May 5 2024. I knew what i wanted. I would’ve been out the door before 5:55 but the register was already off and the door was already locked. Do not advertise that you close at 6:00 on the internet and on the door if you don’t provide services until 6:00 pm on Sundays. I don’t care that you’re about to close. You close at 6:00. The computer shouldn’t be shut off and the door shouldn’t lock until 6:00.

I have to highly disagree with the gentleman below. I have came to this store when a sign has has been on the door, I waited and the manager has stated that he must lock the door when using the restroom which is completely understandable. He was very polite about it and has always been polite. this store is always clean and well put together. The manager is always so helpful and knowledgeable. He provides great customer service so I would HIGHLY recommend this GNC as it’s one of the best I’ve been too. :)

Similar experience to users below. I went during open hours and twice a paper sign was on the door to come back later and the doors were locked. The manager walks in and has been rude to other customers because they were asking why the doors were locked during open hours.I would not recommend this store.

I tried shopping in the store twice this week(wed 2/22/23 & thur2/23/23 before work between 10:45-11am)and both times the door is locked during store hours with a note on the door saying they’ll be “back in 35 min” (from what time?) and “ran to the bank, be back soon”. This is very frustrating. How many times must I try to buy the supplements I need?

I used to shop here a lot when Brett worked here. He was always helpful. I stopped in this morning to stock up on some things while the Coronavirus restrictions were in effect. They have a sign saying that all customers must wear masks but the employee working the register didn't wear one. If you're going to have rules your employees should follow them. I particularly find this offensive since it's a health-focused business. I won't be back.

Scam artist. Talked me into purchasing the Pro Access membership in order to use their body fat scale. Came in again, bought pre-workout and ask to use the scale. Was told it was $10 each when previously, my girlfriend and I both used it for free. It's sad in this day when people are trying to better themselves, you want to charge to use the body fat scale at a price gauging $10 a use. I can ride a roller coaster at a carnival cheaper than that.
