“This Michael's is a lot larger and it has much more selection and variety of products than the Michael's in Toronto. It is a very busy time of the season and the store was kept very well, clean, organized and everything was easy to find. The lines are fast moving and we didn't have to wait. This is probably the nicest Michael's we've seen.”
“We're not from the area but I really wanted to check out a board game store while in Pittsburgh. My husband and I checked this place out and we found it so cool, clean and spacious. Great selection and liked the natural light and the social areas in the front instead of in the back like some other board game stores. Phil gave us the tour and recommended some drinks at the Dragon Roast Cafe. As an apple cider and cinnamon person, his recommendation was spot on. The barista, who I didn't get the name of (sorry!), was also cool and great with making sure we were 100% happy with our drinks. I only wish we had a space like this near where we live as we would definitely go all the time with friends and family. We will definitely return the next time we are in Pittsburgh!”

“Really neat store to check out! The Lego store has a ton of different types of lego builds including Disney ones and other known and popular things. You can get lego car builds here and action figure legos. You will always find something cool here each time you visit.”

“I was very impressed how neat and organized this store was. All the sports cards were organized by sport and then by team. The owner was very friendly and social able and answered any questions I had for him. I will definitely be back to visit this store when I am back in town visiting my kids. “My wife and I had to check this out this weekend on an anniversary trip to Pittsburgh. We found a lot of cool stuff and a few great deals. Plenty of unique items to make the trip worthwhile. Definitely worth a stop. The two ladies working the front were super nice and helpful!!”

“I saw an item in a store in a different state. This store had one but it was damaged. The manager gave me a small discount and I was able to find the repair part at a big box warehouse store.
Why do these big stores keep damaged merchandise on there floor.
Parts cost as much as my discount.”
“I arrived at 9:00a sharp when they opened to have a historical item framed. Special framing was required. I pressed the buzzer thing at that department 3-4 times, but no one came to assist me. The framing person finally arrived at 9:15.All was forgiven because he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful with optional ideas. Bottom line, 15 minutes wasn't the end of the world for me and was well worth the wait.”
“My grandsons love video games but I couldn't remember which ones and the lovely gal at GameStop helped me pick one. She was so patient and asked all kind of questions regarding my grandsons.Her name is Emily!!
