The lady who worked the counter she was so nice she help me find a frame Sydney was her name everyone is so friendly I got greeted as I entered asked if I needed anything just everyone was so polite

Totally Agree with Denise Jones Review! The short woman (with lighter, brownish hair) who I dealt with was equally as RUDE when I went in to pick up my online order. No smile, no niceness of any kind. She Acted like I was annoying HER with my presence!!! I did not notice her name tag if she wore one but I would recognize her again -- that is IF I ever go in to this Michaels again.

The very short woman was kinda rude. Lots of huffing and puffing when I got my buy online pickup in store items. I went to the register and she acted like I was annoying her then she told me to go to the other side of the store. My items were oversized and she had to get them from the area that I went to in the first place.

I don’t shop Michael’s very often mainly because they are a hit and miss But the main reason is it’s expensive. I do find some nice sales or clearance items once in a while

I like micheals for the different yarns. I did get some tiny things for a doll house here. Pretty decent store. The employees were nice. Always a deal.

Went to the custom framing desk. There was only one person working there who was waiting on someone. My daughter and I waited 20 minutes, the sales person, who saw us standing there, never acknowledged us. She finished with the person she was waiting and disappeared. I get that they are busy and understaffed, but a simple greeting and acknowledgment would have been nice. Let your customers know you will be with them shortly or will get someone to help.
