UPDATE: prices are starting to get a bit expensive. As much money as they make and as a continuous/consistent returning customer, the service is not as good as it was before. I was told they didn't do welding on mufflers, and they sent me down the street to another shop. Which was fine. But then I went back for an oil change and was asked about my muffler situation, which about a month apart, and all of a sudden, now they can repair mufflers. He ordered the exhaust for me, but I never went back to get the job done. He was overcharging me for the work. I ended up going to master muffler and received a way better deal and waited for my car that was done an hour. My opinion they are just being greedy at this point. I haven't been back since then. And I was loyal to flynns tires. I guess things are always good in the beginning. Never again.”
“The operator reset my tire pressure sensors with a computer and as a result my remote starter was made inactive. I took it back to the store in Bellevue and they forward me to Flynn tire to resolve. Called Flynn and they were at first upset with me and said that not sure if the sensor reset had anything to do with it. He set a appt to bring it in to Flynn but found on the internet who to reprogram my remote starter remote and I resolve led the issue my self. Was not satisfied with the handling of accountability on the problem Discount Tire created. Thx.”
“Renting a limo for my wedding with Kirk Auto Detail was a great experience. The owner, John Kirk, was very easy to talk to, and he worked with me, even though I only wanted to rent the limo for 2 hours. Paul, our driver, was very nice and extremely helpful!!! Thank you for finishing my wedding day with luxury and peace of mind!!!!”

“Was on my way to an important event that I was leading, and had a 3 hour drive ahead of me. While getting gas, noticed a nail in my tire. Swung by Mr Tire for help and explained the urgency of getting it repaired quickly. The manager was wonderful, even called his mechanic to see if he could arrive sooner, as only one mechanic was working. He did arrive about 10 minutes early for his shift. He was able to patch my tire and after an hour, I was on my way. I watched the mechanic and he gathered various tools from different locations, and also paused several times to get on his iPad. I don’t know the process and protocols, but I have to say that it appeared very inefficient. I have had tire patches before and it took other shops less than 10 minutes to get the job done. I’m grateful for the service of these two, but I think management should reevaluate a few things to create greater efficiency which would lead to greater customer satisfaction, more customers being served, and repeat business.”

“My family and I traveled to Pa from where we live in Ohio for a day trip and life happened and kaboshed our plans. For about 3 hrs we were dealing with something in our tire. Now I always carry a plug kit and a small compressor that off the auxiliary plug and so I put both to use to ultimately no avail and spent a couple hours stopping regularly to fill the leaking tire while hunting down a tire shop. We arrived at pep boys after talking to Patrick on the phone and they had everything ready and took care of our needs to get us back on our way home to Ohio.”
“I needed a tire repair to my left front tire. Joe, one of the service technicians did a excellent job of doing the repair and getting me into the shop and out very quickly.
Upon the removal of the tire Joe noticed that I had front brake issues with my brake caliper and made me aware of the safety issue.
I just wanted to thank Joe and the management for recognizing the issue with the brakes to make me and my family safe. :-)

“Cameron was great! He helped to repair my car on short notice after hitting roadkill, and discussed what I would need at my upcoming inspection. As a person on a tight budget it was appreciated to know ahead of time! While my car was being repaired they also completed my (overdue lol) oil change. “My car had been making an off and on thumping noise in the rear end. Because I was planning to travel for Thanksgiving, Henry worked me in. The determination was that there was an issue in the rear differential. The suggestion was to replace the fluid. When that did not completely solve the problem, I was asked if the car was still under warranty. Even though the car was not under warranty and the repair was an expensive one, Henry suggested I still take it back to the dealership to see if they would address the issue. I did as he suggested. The dealership ran their own diagnostic, and the decision was made for the car maker to pay 85% of the repair. I would not have thought to take the car to the dealership had it not been for Henry's suggestion. I appreciate that Kudlas staff was more concerned with my getting the best possible solution. I have recommended Kudlas to friends and will return to them.”

“I noticed my tire was low on my way home from work one evening. I realized there were two nails in my tire. This shop was the only place open at 730 pm. I knew it was a long shot coming in 30 mins before close to get it fixed. I had very few options with a 40 mins commute home. This place was amazing! They didn’t care that I was there so late and immediately got to fixing my tire. Thankfully they were able to patch it up and send me on my way. They were all super friendly, professional, and quick! After my experience and reading the other reviews, I will be back. They now have a new customer.”

“I found a screw in my tire, called Kress to see if I needed to book an appointment, they told me that wasn’t necessary and to “come right in”. The total wait time from me walking in the front door to walking out with a repaired tire took about 40 minutes. And again, that’s with NO appointment. Not to mention the price for a patched tire was very fair. I’m very impressed with how quickly they got me in and out the door, and the fairness of their pricing. Will definitely be coming back for any tire-related services moving forward!”
“I've taken my car there for 7 years now. He is honest, friendly, and dependable. The type of mechanic that won't sell you something you don't need. Instead, tell you the problem, his price, and what it may take to do on your own if you choose to. Other places will find no issues but call with 5 things that could hypothetically happen some day and beg you to let them do it. I don't take my car anywhere else now.”
“Even though I have lived in this neighborhood for 2 decades, I had never been to Lockhart Tires. I called this morning to see if they would try to patch a tire with a nail in it. Not only did they take me same day, the fixed my tire for a VERY reasonable price, and they did it in 15 minutes while I waited. So happy with the outcome. Thank you!”
