We like the outdoor seating and the great service. I had the Muenster Chicken. The flavor was really nice, just enough heat. The spaetzle that the chicken was served over was well prepared, and fun. I just couldn't get past the chicken. The small portion was cool in the middle, obviously not cooked to order, it was reheated. The result was very dry unappealing small piece of chicken that was out of place on a plating if otherwise good food. We may return because we love the staff in the front, and try something different from the menu.

Love the old building but wow was it loud inside! Food was pretty good though pricey. It was ok but I wouldn’t spend that much again on ok food. Server was way over the top to the point it was faked. Maybe would go back to eat outside but will go elsewhere likely

We have a private banquet in a function room at Rochester Mills. The food was good, but the event was hugely over catered: once we had all eaten enough the originally quantity of food was completely refreshed (almost all of which went to waste). Rochester Mills Beer Co. opened in 1998 in downtown Rochester in the huge, and historic, Western Knitting Mill building that dates from 1896.

Rochester Red was flat. Manager said he'd have to check the CO2, never came back to offer a fresh beer. Food was luke warm at best, portions where very small for the price. I've been here a few times in the past, never had a bad experience. This is the worst dinning experience I've ever had and I've been in the restaurant industry for over 37 years. Asked server if they would remove my beer from the bill, server told me the manager would not. Recommended to the server (Trenton S) that he should find a better restaurant to work for as he was polite and did his best as a server. To bad Eater Detroit doesn't publish a list of restaurants to avoid, this would be in the top 10.

Popped in on New Years Eve 2022. Service was good. Food, not so much. French fries were overcooked (hard and dark) and cold. Burger was very salty. The band was just off that night. I thought it was karaoke but it was not.

Cocktails are between $14-16. A Manhattan is $15. We were seated near the bar but didn't get a waiter until after having been sitting a long time, asked another guest if our are area had a server or if we had to go to the bar to order. Waiter finally arrived and clearly didn't want to be there. Kinda knew what we were about to experience at that point. Waiter finally came to our table, without menus, and asked what we wanted to drink. We ordered vodka tonics. Waited... Got the drinks without coasters or napkins and 1 menu for the 2 of us. Squeezed my lime & wiped my hand on my pants. Wife went to get napkins. Waited... gave our food order. The waiter rechecked mine my order -obviously didn't listen or write it down. Waited... Got food and the runner asked if we needed anything more. I said we needed silverware & napkins. The runner said he would get them. Waited... Ultimately, went to the host stand to get the cutlery but they only had 1 wrapped up. The helper said he'd find another and bring it to us. I took the 1 set, gave it to my wife, & waited for mine to come. It didn't. I went to the bar & pick up silverware. We realized it would take forever to order anything more, so decided to just get our check & go somewhere else, which is what we did. OK, so, it was busy, it was a new waiter, they were short-staffed, yadda, yadda.... All that only means they have no right to charge what they do. We get better service at a Coney Island. Did I mention $15 for a Manhattan?

This is a hidden gem of a restaurant. It’s well worth the trip. We had an amazing fish dinner! My mother had a wingding dinner.

Like many brew pubs, it was a large and wide open space. Not a quiet place, but that's not why you would dine here. It was a warm summer evening so I had a salad and one of their summer brews made with lots of Michigan berries. It was light and tasty. Service was great and I was very happy I chose to eat here.

Met a friend for dinner recently. We were promptly greeted and seated. Our waitress brought water and took our beverage orders. Half off on drinks and appetizers during Happy Hour (4-6pm)! A wide ranging menu offering options suited to all tastes. We both ordered chicken entrees...Chicken Tinga and Sesame Crusted Chicken. Tasty, but not outstanding. Having eaten there several times through the years, I've never gone away disappointed, but have never enjoyed an outstanding meal either. They host live music on the weekends, often attracting crowds. With a sizable parking lot, they have a lot to offer for family gatherings and friends meetups!!

You really need to change and upgrade your menu. Thr beer is great and only thing going for you. Have been going for at least 4 years. The food has gone down hill. Supposedly you have a new general manager. Hopefully he can put flavor back in the place.

We went for lunch today and our waitress Alexis F. was excellent , very friendly , great service for sure . We both had a burger , The Dagwood , and it was very tasty , big and perfectly cooked , medium for both . We both opted out of the bar b q sauce that came on it according to the menu , I got mine on the side , glad I did , it was tasty but I think it might of overpowered the great taste of the burger . I got the included fries , which were very good but my GF wanted onion rings , told us there was an up charge for them , instead of the included fries or cole slaw but our waitress came back and said the kitchen was out of onion rings , so my GF got the cole slaw . How can a restaurant be out of onion rings at noon on a Thursday ?? Not her fault and nice of her to come out and let by GF pick another side choice early on before the meals came out . The slaw was just ok taste wise but it was a very large serving . Overall a very good lunch experience .
