I just stopped for wiper blades. He came out in the rain and put them on. Not any hassle at all. Was quite kind when I informed him that I wanted a set that would last he knew which brand would work best for my truck.

The manager here was an enormous help with my battery yesterday on the Memorial Day holiday. Went above and beyond and I highly recommend this store.

Went to buy a new headlight & asked if the employee could replace it for me, like they have every time in the past 10 years I’ve had my car. He told me his hands were too big to fit, also that he “wasn’t allowed” to remove the bolt that holds the headlight in. I asked if this was a new policy because it was never an issue before & he claimed it’s always been that way. I went home, looked up a YouTube video & replaced it myself in 10 min. Not sure if it was laziness or he didn’t know what he was doing, but next time I’ll just order the part on Amazon & do it myself.

Needed a new battery in my car. Nice that I had a choice of three, and it was installed for me while I waited. Service was quick - I was waited on within 2-3 minutes of walking into the store. No complaints.

All autozones are unprofessional they’ve have been charging they’re commercial accounts a lot more than what it’s priced, the discrimination doesn’t stops, they’ve been using their commercial account’s check for the product that they need for their personal car, I would rather go to advance than auto zone

AutoZone is one of the best automotive stores. I've been coming here for years and they always treat me the same. Great staff, they're knowledgeable and will help you out in any way they can. The stores technology has improved over the years. The website is more user-friendly than before, you can store all the vehicles you own in their system so you can find parts easier. The prices are competitive with all the big box stores and if they don't have it, they will get it for you in a reasonable amount of time.
