“This florist shop is one of the best. I never had any issues when calling to order an arrangement. They are always so kind and helpful with helping you decide on what to purchase. Even if I need a delivery that day they are always ready to make sure for timely delivery. Plus they are very reasonable on prices. Also I never had any complaints for years. If the owner reads I want to thank you for all your years of dedication to serve the community.”

“I just received a beautiful fruit basket from Patti’s Petals. I wasn’t home for the initial delivery, so instead of leaving it unattended, they promptly returned for a second delivery. The delivery person even knocked until I came to the door to place it directly in my hands. And I got a bonus- delivery with a warm smile! That level of care and attention is truly excellent customer service!

“Great customer service and beautiful flowers. I ordered online for a funeral with visitation times in Ambridge. I was going to call and ask for a picture of the flowers since I was unable to attend. Heritage Flower Shoppe beat me to it, and texted me pictures with a nice thank you text, letting me know when the arrangemnt was delivered. I definitely recommend this florist.”
“I ordered over the phone. I was nervous about it because I have had bad experiences with other florist, when ordering over the phone.I have to say, this was a beautiful dish garden. I did pay extra for some cut flowers to be placed in the arrangement. The cut flowers were beautiful and fresh. The green plants were in perfect condition, there was vining ivy out the front of the arrangement that was just beautiful. The florist said she would dress it up by adding a bow, and she did, I thought the bow went perfectly with the dish garden.I highly recommend this florist, I would definitely use the them again.”
