Sheetz of Rochester is a 24/7 convenience store offering fuel, award-winning Made-To-Order food, and hand-made coffee drinks. It provides a variety of packaged snacks, drinks, tobacco, and CBD products. Many customers praise the outstanding coffee, noting it is way better than Starbucks. Reviews frequently highlight the amazing service and personalities of the staff, who are described as very courteous, efficient, kind, sweet, awesome, patient, articulate, caring, skilled, friendly, quick, understanding, helpful, and hard workers. Specific employees are noted for going above and beyond. Customers report coming specifically to this location for this excellent service, even during busy nights. However, some critical reviews state this is the dirtiest and least stocked Sheetz they have visited, with items frequently out of stock for weeks. Despite this, the consistent compliment is that the staff is nice and helpful.
Been on a month long job up the road from this location. Very happy with the MTO food items. Very friendly staff that keep the place clean and well stocked.

They had the nerve to give me greasy food without any napkins. My husband’s milkshake was messed up also… my fries was super salty too like🤦🏾♀️ everything was just bad.
