I went in and got a passport photo done quickly and the bathroom wasn’t a mess so this Walgreens is in the upper echelon of all Walgreens there are in America.

Not sure exactly where to start on how horrible this place really is the blonde haired woman with the purple stripe has to be one of the most miserable individuals I have ever met in my life with a terrible disposition I feel bad for her coworkers in front of customers complaining about coworkers and just a nasty person. Secondly and absolutely amazes me that they do not take UPMC insurance and then give you a nasty attitude about not accepting it. I will absolutely take my business to Giant Eagle like most people have. I do have to say that the young gentleman that waited on me was very friendly with a very good attitude I truly feel bad he has to work with such miserable people.

Maeve and Ally are amazing. I came in there with an envelope and a beat up label, they cut it and taped it on for me properly. They were helpful and kind the entire time. Thank you ladies!!

If you go for Coid-19 PCR test the sample won't be delivered for at least 3 days. So your 72 hour window is not going to work at this store. I had much better luck at CVS previous to this I had got the testing done.

I was at the ER in cranberry flash fried my face 1st and 2nd degree burns the ER sent in persciption and I went sat morning to get them and the pharmacy is closed so the manager says go to Chippewa and they can look it up and fill it well I go and because it's a pain med they couldn't fill it so for 2 days I've been in excruciating painFirst they should not be closed 2nd why tell me to go to Chippewa and they can't fill it third I'm just mad with pain so I am going to get it here shortly there better not be any drama or I'll be back to write more later

Pharmacy closes at 6 through the week and no weekend hours makes it tough to get a prescription filled

I heart my local Walgreens! While it's true I don't go there regularly, when I do go to this type of store it's almost always Walgreens vs the nearby competitors. It's also true I use a locally owned pharmacy when that thankfully rare need arise so I can't review that department. The main reason I go is for the same day pickup of photo prints and banners, passport photos, etc. They offer coupon codes all the time so prices are very reasonable. I've also used it as a FedEx drop-off location for packages weighing 50 pounds or less. It has a RedBox kiosk outside. And I find myself picking up other items while I'm there like Hallmark greeting cards, travel toiletries/gadgets, Yankee brand candles, Evian water, etc. And the staff is always so nice and knowledgeable. The standard store hours are convenient enough for my needs and the location on the corner makes it easy to get in and out in multiple directions.

Whoevwr the woman is in the Pharmacy is rude as hell and needs some customer service training!!!!
