Be careful coming here , this place has some very slippery billing practices. I went in to see a urologist , we had a 15 minute conversation. They billed me as an outpatient hospital visit and charged me $250, stating “we consider ourselves to be a hospital”.

I am a patient of Dr Hussain which is a fantastic doctor and some other staff are wonderful but the women at front desk is very rude and unprofessional (dark hair and glasses), she thinks she can talk to people any type of way and I think it's outrageous considering some of the comments left by other patients in the reviews. She lacks professionalism and customer service skills and this shouldn't be a representation of Temple Health System! Shame on office manager for allowing this behavior to continue even with other people complaints! Maybe the director needs to revamp some things over that front desk office!

I have never been treated so rudely by a receptionist in a doctor's office. I understand they moved the office and are having difficulty replacing a doctor that has retired, but that is no excuse for treating patients, or potential patients badly. The doctors or the system has to do a better job hiring staff. I would never go back to this office again.

I was in today to see Kathie Rosenberger, she is patient and kind, answers all questions, and gives a through exam. So glad I found her. The staff was polite, and I had a very short wait. Overall, a great experience.

I'm beyond furious with this office! Instead of communicating like normal human beings, or mailing me a bill, they send out a collections notice in the mail for $30.00(co-payment) So their communication is something to take into consideration before choosing this physician!

I am officially a patient of Dr. Hussain but started seeing Kathie Rosenberger after my doctor was unavailable one day that I needed to be seen. I now see Kathie regularly for almost 2 years and she is wonderful! I trust her and I feel like she listens to all of my concerns or issues.I can’t give 5 stars because there have been many times the staff answering the phone have been extremely rude to myself or my elderly father over the past couple of years. I haven’t had any problems recently so I don’t know if the person or those individuals have been fired. I recently had the phone answered by a woman named Nicki or Nikki and she was polite, kind and helpful.

I'm not sure why some of the reviews are fairly negative. I've been going here for years and never had an issue. All my Temple info is connected with other Temple affiliated practices. Doctors are great. Nikki is wonderful as well. Some of the more sage receptionists can be sassy but it's not anything serious. Wait time is minimal

The receptionists/nurses are hands down the rudist people that I've ever come across in the medical field. I don't know if it is due to management not caring enough to do anything about it, not training them or just being ok with how they act but I wouldn't go there even if it was the only place open.

I actually work for Temple University Hospital institution so I think I may know what I am talking about. Today about 5 mins ago I called to make an appointment but unfortunately a girl who was just extremely rude answer the phone and it was so bad i just hung up. This is not the person who should be answering the phone to schedule appointments for patients. This was OVER THE PHONE! Like my mind was blown ? this is embarrassing and disappointing ??♀️

Not a long wait ,once checked in saw a doctor within 15 mins of arrival. A good thorough exam, answered all questions, was not hurried in the least . Couldn’t have been better. And that’s every time I go there. Once , maybe twice a year.

I was concerned about Covid safety protocol at this office when I went in for a blood test and was disappointed with the way they handled my procedure. I was not assured of their sanitary practices and was treated rudely when I inquired about safety issues. Beforehand when I made the appointment certain promises were made about their safety protocol for infection prevention but the actual experience did not satisfy me that I was safe.
