Not happy. I was told an incorrect amount for installation then told by the representative that is just how it is. My state rep wouldn’t respond when I asked questions after purchase. They didn’t even know that they were responsible for submitting my DL21SC. My time to get my license has been wasted waiting for them to do their job. Very frustrating to have to deal with but I’m stuck with them for at least another year or so.

It was very fast and easy. I'm so happy to be back on the road again. If I knew it was this simple I would of done it years ago. Everyone was polite and helpful. I'm forever grateful and I think I like having the unit in my car so I won't even think about drinking.
