“I was in a bind with shipping products for my business - the UPS store randomly closed at 1pm one day and we are on a shipping schedule - and Andy took all my perishable, food-product packages and kept them in the fridge for me so they would stay cool until the next day’s pickup. Beyond thankful for Andy and his excellent customer service, he absolutely did not have to do that but he went above and beyond to help me out!”
