“I went to kost in montrose just cause it is convenient for me and I get a little bit of a discount. Well I took my truck there double checked with them and saw it was in their book a inspection and to mount and balance 4 new tires that were in the back of the truck I get a call go pick it up and sure enough nothing was done their inspection guy went home cause they are cutting back on overtime the new tires are still in the back of the truck and they re balanced the old tires. So I got my truck to tire choice in towanda they took it right in got the 4 tires on I didn't have them do the inspection because I got there 1.5 hrs b4 they closed and didn't want to ask I was happy about the tires but I will be going back there again. I actually watched the hand torque the lugs without asking normally most places just use the air gun and crank them down so u can't get them off by hand and I watched them take their dirty uniform off before getting in and backing the truck out so nice to actually get some good service for a change”
