I did need an appointment but was able to leave the car overnight and pickup next day by noon. They accept credit card payment but don't charge the 3% service fee, which is rare these days!”

“I just had my first experience with J&C auto this week and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Last year around July/August the A/C went out of my Ford Transit work van. Due to the fact it has the newer style A/C I couldn't find a garage that was able to make the repairs. Against my better judgement I took it to a Ford Dealership in Southern Lanc Co. . The Dealership called me later that day to say it had a leak under the dash and the cost of the repair was close to $2000.00. and they would need the vehicle for several days.When I picked up my vehicle they socked me nearly $400.00 for checking my vehicle out. I was extremely busy with my business at the time so I couldn't part with my work van right then. Fast forward to this year and I found J&C auto. I called to see if they were able to repair the newer A/C systems and was pleasantly surprised that they said yes. I took it in on Tuesday and they called me later that morning and said the A/C compressor wasn't engaging. Right then I remembered why I hate Dealerships. No way did the Dealership check the system with the compressor being out. J&C auto replaced the compressor at a great price( less than half of the Dealership quote that wouldn't have fixed the problem anyhow ) and my A/C is ice cold again. Its great to see a business that provides great customer service. Give them a try, I promise you wont be sorry. Thanks again to everyone at J&C auto. This was my first experience but I promise it won't be the last”
