“Okay. This is not your normal tire shop.You will need to drive off of Greenfield road (just off Greenfield road exit on route 30 in Lancaster PA) into an industrial park and drive all the way to the back to find their garage. It will look like a shady place as there's no fancy store sign, they don't have lifts to lift your vehicle in the air like they do at a fancy tire shop. You actually stay in your car in line with the other cars and move forward until you're in the garage. They will not have a wall of tires that you can select from but they can help you make the correct selection based on what they have.Once you go into the garage you can get out of your vehicle and go in there waiting room. In the meantime, a pit crew of men and women will surround your car with four rolling car jacks and jack up your car and remove the old tires take them in the back room and put on the new tires on your rims.This may seem scary but I've been using them for 20 years and these guys are pros. They will take good care of you and your car. The price for this service will be far less than it would be at a large tire chain shop.Try them out and you will agree with me that this is the place to go to get your tires.”

“Kurt goes way above and beyond! Not too many people have earned my trust when it comes to mechanics, Kurt and his mechanic which not sure of his name just do a phenomenal job! I live about 40 minutes away yet witman is the only garage I will go to for all my needs. They will not try and get you to do more than what is necessary and understand where you are coming from as far as not having a lot of money so they do what they can. “Back in December I got door dinged in a parking lot. I swung by the first week of January to get a quote from Bumpers Etc. and discovered the shop was closed for cleaning/refreshing. Regardless of the fact that they were closed, the owner Nate still came out and talked to me and gave me some options for repair (the first sign of good customer service!).I called back the next week and spoke to Dustin to set up my car for a PDR (pointless dent repair) and paint touchup on the dinged spot. Dustin was pleasant to talk to and very helpful in getting the appointment set up.The following week I brought my car in for the PDR and paint touch-up. The next day I received the call that the repair was completed. I went to pick up the car and noticed the paint touchup was not completed. I called and spoke to Nate, and through our conversation I realized I has miscommunicated with Dustin when I set up the appointment and had only set up the PDR. Even though the paint touchup not being completed was 100% MY fault, Nate insisted on owning it and taking care of it for me on his dime.Through quality repair work and exemplary customer service, Bumpers Etc. has gained a customer for life (although hopefully I don't have to visit them much ?)! I can't express enough my satisfaction with my experience at this shop and highly recommend them to anyone in need of body work for their vehicle!Thank you to Nate & Dustin and the entire Bumpers Etc. team!”

“Let’s just say these guys saved me when the starter went on my car. I had called two other businesses which didn’t have any open availability for a week. They were able to replace it the next day and in a timely manner. They went the extra mile and notice my car was low in oil, called me to let me know and was able to do an oil change as well.
