“I had two relatively new tires on the passenger side of my car that suddenly weren’t holding air. I thought maybe I had hit a curb at some point and damaged the tires, or worse, bent my rims. I took my car to Goods and, lo and behold, they found a nail in each tire. A lot of garages would have tried to sell me two new tires, but Goods patched the holes and got me out the door for less than a hundred bucks. Appreciate it!”

“Easy to schedule, prompt follow up, and they got the oil change done in about 20 minutes, which was nice and quick. However, I had very dirty hand prints from the techs gloves on my hood, fender, door handle, and inside my truck. I would have preferred the job to take 30minutes or a little longer and not needed to come home and wipe down my truck. At $118 for the service, this wasn't what I would call a cheap service where I would expect shortcuts.”

“Just took my car there for the first time because i just moved and it's in walking distance. Thought i might be having some engine problems due to performance issues but it just turned out my engine oil was low and needed changed and Volkswagons suck. Didn't feel cheated or taken advantage of. Loved the communication and transparency. Will be taking my car there in the future.
EDIT: Its been a year since my previous review. I took my car here to get inspected last week and got a quote 500 dollars cheaper for necessary repairs than another shop where I used to take my car. Wanted to see which place is better, and Park Place was better in every way and saved me hundreds of dollars. So happy I finally found a reputable mechanic! Highly recommend!”

The documentation was thorough down to the last detail. The work was completed a timely manner while we were on vacation so I didn't even need a rental car. But not at this garage .At this garage the mechanics are very helpful . We have taken multiple vehicles to this garage and every visit we have been pleased with the service ! I appreciate the estimate being sent to you as the customer and getting to decide if you want the garage to fix the problem or not . From the first point of contact in the office to the time you are picking up your vehicle you are kept up to date with the progress .
