I have lived in the area for more than four years and have had great experiences with this pharmacy. The staff is friendly, and I really appreciate that they try their best to make the pick-up line as effective as possible.
Just this morning, I found out they are installing a new check-in tool to make the pick-up process even easier and more effective.

Came in for my grandma’s prescription as I usually do. I guess they have a new screen technology because the guy just glanced at me and told me to enter my info on the screen. I did that, was barely interacted with and asked no questions, and I waited until I got my prescription.
When I got to my grandmother’s, I opened the bag, and it was a different prescription than the one I needed today at all. I verbalized the prescription I needed at the counter but wasn’t listened to.
I had to come back two hours later and was again immediately told to put my info into the computer. I tried to tell the pharmacist (this time a woman with blonde hair) that there was a misunderstanding earlier, but she interrupted me with an intentionally rude flair, pointed to the next window, and started performatively talking to another customer in the middle of my sentence.
I recognize that generally the issue with CVS is that the company has terrible staffing practices and a miserable automated system that they don’t care at all to improve, so this is largely their fault.
I work retail and have my whole life, so I understand the frustration of not being supported by corporate at work. But that particular pharmacist went out of her way to maximize disrespect and let me know I wasn’t worth her time. Really worsened an already tough day.
Miserable company and an exceptionally bad experience today. Switching pharmacies ASAP

Joan the manager helped as usual with my friends and family dto purchase our items. She is one of the main reasons we shop at this CVS.

The pharmacist on today is completely Unprofessional, inappropriate, rude condescending, and the list could go on. Worst pharmacy on the main line and the pharmacist today should be fired. A formal complaint was put into CVS corporate if I could give this place zero stars I would.

Blonde SM(?) spoke very rudely to elderly employee in front of customer! She should be grateful she has such a valuable worker! Go back to manager training. All other employees are great!

Worst pharmacy ever. No customer service and so slow. And closes in the middle of the day! Ridiculous.

Terrible! After testing positive for Covid twice at home, went minute clinic and the doctor was sitting on her butt no patients to be seen. She said she had no appointments left. Went to Vybe urgent care, in and out with a prescription. Very poor bedside manner; no wonder she works at CVS.
