I had to ship collectible cars to another country that the postal service wasn’t able to. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their rates were half of what the UPS store wanted to charge to ship to the same destination. I’d definitely use them again.

They take all packages all sizes if you have the wrong barcode they'll figure it out for you best place to go

Absolutely love this place. I don't trust dropping my packages off at any other place. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. If you have something that needs to be shipped they will take the time to help you to maximize your shipping needs. They will also order specific shipping item you need. Great people, easy in and out location. Located in rosetto at the blinking light on 191. Ups & fed ex pick up like clock work. They will also print out your shipping label (for a fee) if need be.

My point is, my daughter stopped in there on Thursday and was told the package was NOT there, and the person she asked gave her an attitude, then the person pretended to check in the back for the package before telling my daughter the package was not there. So thank you for acknowledging that the package WAS there the whole time contrary to what the employee told her.
