Big shoutout to Ann! She is WONDERFUL! She helped my wife straighten out her membership after losing her father two years ago. She is patient and helped out a great deal. She’s great at her job and went above and beyond by following up. If you need help at this office, definitely reach out to her. Thank you Ann for doing a great job and making our lives better. We appreciate you!

A big FY for not answering your phones all day today during business hours. I will be sure to cancel my membership. Terrible service and don’t recommend. Try another triple A office but definitely not this one!!!

I would not recommend this identogo location if you are used to finger printing going quickly. While I understand the individual doing it is polite and conversational....the conversation part is a bit problematic when scheduled time slots are ten minutes apart. I timed multiple appointments and all went above ten minutes...one went for 25 because they were having a full blown conversation.
I had an appointment early in the day. And the past seven times I've ever gotten finger prints, it's taken five minutes tops...in and out....great for my busy schedule. I brought my two littles. We arrived ten minutes before. I ended up waiting twenty minutes after my appointment time and there were still ppl that had to go before me. Mt little ones at this point couldn't wait longer. I asked the front if they could do anything and they said no that I could try to reschedule or come as a walk in.
I left. I came back in the evening without kids. Sat there for two hours. The problem was, ppl would show early for their appointment and instead of taking a walk in, the guy took the appointment that came thirty minutes or an hour before the appointment during the free times. Which led to the ppl coming in on time. Leaving no openings for walk ins. Making you wait much longer than you needed to. It would be more logical to take a walkin during his opening instead of the person coming in early. To keep things moving. But no, and the ppl that came in early, he would have even longer conversations with stalling until the next appointment scheduled walked and checked in. So you really just sat long as a walk in for no reason other than poor management of time.
When it was my turn, he asked why I left earlier that day and I told him bc I had two young kids that couldn't wait any longer. He said he would have taken me sooner if he noticed.....which 1) hard not to notice my kids were losing it 2) the front said they could do nothing for me.
So my recommendation would be if you go, don't have a full blown conversation with the guy and make everyone wait longer than they need to. Or two, go there if you like sitting and waiting a long time if you don't care waiting long past your scheduled time.

Went to get fingerprinted. Technician was short tempered and makes you feel like you are dumb, if you can’t follow her unclear directions . . Don’t recommend .

I wanted to renew my kayak permits and saw that this office does them. Apparently, there is only one woman there who handles boat permits, and she wanted me to feel stupid for expecting her to have the time to help me. She said that she was busy, but they are open until 6pm. It was 11:00 a.m. Was I expected to stop in every hour to see if she was available? Why not make appointments instead of making people guess as to when she might have time?
AAA isn't what they used to be. Guess it's also hard for them to get good help.

Identogo person was rather rude. It’s a rare occurrence I get my fingerprints done. She was just barking commands, no grace, not showing me just ordering from across the desk. It would have been better for you to come and show me.

I would not go here again. I went for fingerprinting and the technician was very confused the entire time. Thankfully the computer broke and she was unable to complete the service, as I now learned she was filling out my documents incorrectly. Though she was very kind and well intentioned, I got the feeling the location is struggling.
During my appointment her co-worker was talking so loudly on the other side of the cubicle I sat in, it seemed like shouting. I could not hear the technician at one point. My tech abruptly told her to "stop shouting," it was a very odd uncomfortable experience entirely.

I had a truly shocking experience at this AAA today. I have been a AAA member for nearly 20 years, but went to this location today for their Identogo fingerprinting services as I need yearly fingerprints because of my role as an educator. I arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment, and the middle aged man at the desk on 1/4/24 informed me, in an incredibly rude and abrasive tone, that I would have to leave and make another appointment (the AAA was nearly empty at this time). When I asked if there was any way I could wait or if they could fit me in (I had made the appointment the night before and nearly every time slot was open), he raised his voice and nearly shouted at me. It was honestly shocking. I have been getting fingerprints yearly for my entire career and nothing like this has ever happened, and as a formerly happy AAA member I was horrified that this kind of treatment would happen at a AAA. My husband who was there with me got involved after I had been shouted at, and after an argument where the man at the desk was acting incredibly angry with us and still almost shouting, he agreed that there were time slots open and I could come back in an hour. I ultimately left and did not come back because I didn't feel that it was a safe place to return with someone who was such a loose cannon. I am planning on writing a complaint to AAA corporate and probably cancelling my membership, that's how bad this interaction was. It was truly shocking, all for my crime of arriving 10 minutes late to an appointment at an empty AAA location. If the policy is truly to turn people away who are even a few minutes late for an appointment, fine. But being the target of vitriol, anger and shouting as a result is truly unacceptable.

Well, I’d like to tell you the customer service is horrible, but I can’t get a hold of anybody to be able to tell you if they are not

Pay a lot of money for AAA membership and they want to charge for a notary public service. Terrible customer service!

Everyone was happy to see us! The temperature was quite pleasant and the chairs are comfortable. Our Agent was super friendly and very knowledgeable, and took her time explaining our options.Except, we were there twice as long as expected…and it tested my patience. There was some trouble with the paperwork. But, I shall go back…Good things are worth waiting for.
