“I made an appointment for my car via their online scheduling. It was super easy and I received a phone call the next day to discuss details of my issues. The gentleman was very kind and upfront about costs for diagnostics and if these issues would fall under the warranty. We were told the part needed would be in the next day and they’d call us when it was ready for pick-up. We were able to pick it up the same day as the part came in which was great. When I walked in to get my car the woman at the desk was so sweet, quick and efficient. The whole pick-up process took 5 minutes and I left with my cars issues resolved. No car issue is fun but they made the process quick and easy by being so communicative and kind. We would definitely go back (hopefully we won’t need to though!).”

I have been a General Manager running other peoples large businesses my entire adult life, and while I know nothing at all about automotive stuff, I can spot excellence in an employee a mile away. Sharon and Arm in particular are quite literally two of the best human beings I’ve ever met in my life. I trust them implicitly and will never take my or ANYONES vehicle to anywhere but them. It’s happened to me multiple times, which is why I avoid them if I can. This was my first time at Piazza Honda and I can honestly say that I’ll definitely be going back. I was in and out in a timely manner and they performed the services I asked for, and didn’t push anything else or tell me I need a new cabin air filter, lol. I even thanked my service advisor Justin for not trying to sell me extra BS.”
