“Haines Sunoco has serviced my family cars for over thirty years. Now that I’m relocating out of the area it has occurred to me that I never posted a positive review for one of my favorite vendors. The strength of Haines Sunoco is their honesty and skills for maintaining many different vehicles. They do not sell service because they don’t have to. The excellent service is what keeps them busy. Long-term customers like me return even with new cars still under warranty. Why? The quality of their routine maintenance is beyond compare and when they cannot do a job, they always tell you what needs to be done. I have learned over time that it can be very helpful getting my car pre-diagnosed by Haines before taking it to a “stealer-ship” and being needlessly upsold when they are not satisfied by merely performing the warranty work. “I want to leave an honest review of my first time buying a used car. I had concerns that buying used would be a bad idea until I saw a certified pre-owned for sale that worked for my needs. The salesman Andrew, was helpful and quick to let me take the car for a test drive. Car appeared to be in excellent shape. I had a couple issues to start . But, Brent and his team resolved my issues by replacing both things I had issues with.
Update: Since this review I have been back to this service department twice. Both times I dealt with Brandon, and Brad is an excellent service manager. He not only helped me with my new car but he is helping me with my 20 year old honda. The Service team at this location has gone above and beyond to make a difference for me as a customer. I will be coming here for all my needs in the future. The Service Tech Chris did a good job on all the service completed so far. Thanks!”
“My intermittent no start problem suddenly became permanent. Brigitte could not have been nicer making arrangements. Even tho they were full with apptments (always a sign of a good shop) they let me tow there and kept it until they could get to it, in only 2 days. They were able to diagnose and fix the 1st day they worked on it, for a very fair price. Thank you and looking forward to coming back.”

“I have never been a fan of dealerships b/c most of them always try to take advantage of people by telling them they need this and that when they come in for service. It’s happened to me multiple times, which is why I avoid them if I can. This was my first time at Piazza Honda and I can honestly say that I’ll definitely be going back. I was in and out in a timely manner and they performed the services I asked for, and didn’t push anything else or tell me I need a new cabin air filter, lol. I even thanked my service advisor Justin for not trying to sell me extra BS.”
