“We were looking specifically for a larger multi hold birdhouse, and we found this place online. They had two in their store and the owner got them down for us to look at. He was very knowledgeable about the questions we asked ( being our first time birdhouse buyers ). We bought one and also decided to get a goldfinch feeder. We hung the feeder and we are totally enjoying watching all of the goldfinches eating from it. We are happy with both of our purchases.”

“This store in a sentence: how the upscale moneyed set looks like they're outdoorsy without actually being outdoorsy. Or: decor, gear and outfits for entertaining at the "cabin" in the Berkshires. Tucked into a shopping center off busy Lancaster Ave/ US -30 in Paoli sits Trove General Store. It's a beautifully merchandised, well laid out store featuring warm brown tones against cool gray, some "vintage" style accents, mix of clothing, decor and housewares. None of this is "general store" unless you've got a cozy 6 bedroom cabin or a chalet at Aspen. You want to look outdoorsy without being outdoorsy- catered clamping is roughing it. Everything is lovely, and $55 is a sale price for a shirt. Three melamine stacking trays in different sizes will run you $85. Spotted a thick book on how to go camping that will not help you go camping but will look great on a shelf or a side table. Expensive, tasteful, fun to visit. I am not their customer.”

“If your a lover of all things beautiful and handcrafted, Artifaqt needs to be on your list of go to shops. Their passion for design can be felt from the second you walk in the door. Surrounded by their displays of hand‐made products, it is evident this shop stands a notch above the rest. The owner, John Luttmann, and employees have an incredible respect for the materials they work with and display a level of craftsmanship rarely seen in this day and age. If you're lucky enough to attend an event there, you will not be disappointed. My friends and family attended First Friday yesterday and swung by "The Yard" (right around the corner, in the alley) to check out their brand new, literal hole in the wall eatery. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, on their menu was delicious. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. You will be greeted with open arms and treated like a true friend.”

“Originally went to The Dump which is located next door and were so dissatisfied with the prices and lack of customer service that we left and went to M and M! So glad we did because this place is great! The owner is so friendly and professional. Prices blow away The Dump and its more organized and easy to find what you need and want. Lots of styles, colors, fabrics, finishes and sizes of furniture to choose from. You will find what you want here. We got huge 10ft x 10ft sectional sofa & over sized ottoman (plush soft fabric); 3 Queen size BR sets (bed, dresser, mirror and night stand); 2 Queen size mattress and box spring sets and a cool bird cage lamp for less than 6,900 dollars delivered! We got a nice discount for buying so much which was equal to a little more than the cost of delivery so it's like we got delivery free of charge. That's great! I will go back when I need anything else.”

“I had an outdoor kitchen/bar put in my backyard. The installers used a Touchstone TV lift for the bar area. The lift has been great, and working flawless for almost 4 years now. The lift has been really easy to use and it’s pretty quiet. The most impressive part of my experience with this company is customer support. I had an instance where I the main controller died. I was able to troubleshoot with them and they ended up sending me a brand new controller almost 3 years into ownership for free. Fast forward almost one year later..I had a power surge and blew the power supply. They sent me one for free even though I was asking to buy one. They really stepped up and I was super impressed. I had previously sent them a few buddies who ended up making sure their installers installed Touchstone products and I’ll definitely continue to recommend them. Can’t beat the customer service.”

“We were immediately greeted by friendly staff. After our early appointment was cancelled due to a power outage, we took our chances to just walk in browse the dresses after having lunch at Terrain. Alison gladly made time for our group, was friendly, courteous, and discussed the overall plan for trying on dresses with enthusiasm and having the bride-to-be as the main focus. She read the room very well, helping narrow the focus and ultimately led to a successful dress buying experience. The prices and quality were great. Other staff chimed in so nicely, peeking around the corner, smiling and were kind and encouraging, giving compliments to our bride to be. I really enjoyed the afternoon at Anthropologie Weddings. “I love this store and I know what you might be thinking because of how sparse the inventory has been lately but whatever you are thinking, it’s not true. They are very much NOT closing down for good, they explained to me convincingly that they are just trying to not get stuck with too much inventory especially just for Christmas and even though I love going there every time I go because of the customer service despite the fact that they are super understaffed. Other than the handful of times that I did wait in line to be checkedppp out, it wasn’t long and it was completely necessary. This past time which was last night was even better than normal. I was helped for the most part by a guy named Will and because it was late and they weren’t too busy he was there for any questions I had and every need that game up for me. Normally I know my way around but this time i was shopping for something I had never even looked for before and he always paid attention to the front door or the counter to make sure she wasn’t missing a beat and then there was his equally amazing co worker named Siena. The reason I feel like it’s so important to actually acknowledge the workers like this is because we are now in an economy in a time where they simply almost siest to exist, so sad but true so keep it up Will and Siena. You guys are a main reason I keep coming back!P.S. I kinda find it funny that the customers who are the quickest to complain (&complain relentlessly) are almost always the ones telling their own kids that college is the only way to make something of themselves when in fact if everyone got a degree, everything as we know it would fall apart and it already has started and the world as we know it is about to fall apart disastrously. Sorry about the doomsday talk,it’s just my little two sense haha, I know no one asked for that last part and sorry you guys, no charge..on the house haha”

She helped my husband and me find what we were looking for, and, when that pan turned out to be too big for our needs, Trimika went above and beyond to find something that would work for us and that was in our budget. If she didn't know the answer, she went out of her way to get the right answer from her manager, Jessica, who was also very helpful to us. “Due to a fire loss in April 2023, my home was completely reconstructed. There so many decisions to make from flooring to tiles to each and every door knob. I went to Florida and Decker and met with their designer and Devon, Meredith. I also met with designers in their Springfield store. At each store the staff were friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the materials. I wound up getting tiles for my bathroom, kitchen and basement floor.Choosing the grout correct grout enhances the appearance of the tiles. The designers were very helpful in this regard, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my purchases. I appreciate their expertise and ability to help bring my visions to life.I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at both these stores and the people who work there thank you so much for your time and patience during an extremely difficult time for me as I was rebuilding my home.Georgette”

“My shopping experience at Anthropologie is always a positive one. I feel some of the Sales Associates go out of their way to help coordinate items. For example, Jordyn approached me, asked me what was I looking for. I told her a flowing skirt, as I shopped around she went on the search. Jordyn brought the skirt of my dreams. She listened and took into account what I wanted and produced it.She is to be commended.Unfortunately, I did not catch the ladies names in the shoe department, but they were pleasant, and assisted me with my shoes. My go to place for lovely clothes and home items. The biggest plus of all, in walking distance from my home. Who could ask for anything more.”
