“This Hilton property is phenomenal! Immediately upon entry, we were welcomed, and greeted. Was very thankful for my Hilton Status, and of course offered warm fresh cookies. Was asked numerous times if there was anything additional they could’ve done for me. Mrs Kay at the from desk let her true hospitality show! The room wasn’t as updated and tech savvy as I had expected, but the waitstaff and management running the restaurant was super courteous and also went above and beyond. Zero issues and would recommend this property anytime!! Thank you”

“This was my second stay here at this hotel, and once again, I loved it. The staff was very gracious and friendly. I had an unexpected issue at the airport, which prevented me from flying into Pennsylvania until several days later. I reached out to Expedia, and they communicated this with the hotel on my behalf. Although I was unable to make the check-in time for my scheduled date, they still held my reserved room for when I arrived a few days later.
The hotel property is always clean, inside and out. They also have free parking, free breakfast, free wifi, a gym, and they even accept delivery packages (e.g. Amazon, Walmart, etc.) on your behalf. It is also conveniently located for shopping and restaurants/eateries. Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pottstown Limerick is my new #1 spot for whenever I'm in Pottstown, PA.”
“The hotel is a good bit dated but the staff is very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast, a pool & hot tub, parking cheaper than paying to park at Sesame Place, it’s the best choice if you’re visiting the park.”

Staff is so polite and welcoming all the time location is great restaurants and stores within walking distance Philly is just 30 minutes away atlantic city hour and a half NYC is about 100 miles so everything isn't far a lot of options!”

“We had an excellent experience here. Thaddeus, on reception when we arrived, was courteous and friendly. Ben, at the omelet station, was friendly and welcoming--and made a great omelet! The room was clean and comfortable, the grandkids enjoyed the pool, and the location is great--out of the city, but not too far. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Went for a karate event. Nice rooms, they charged a lot of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Bar was nice to relax at after events. The sad thing about the event was that we are martial artists and are bearfooted, and they never cleaned the carpets before we came it was gross. The could of vacuumed.”

“Good sized rooms and full kitchens. I can put the kids in the other room after bedtime and have enough space to work or watch TV without waking them. I love the pool being right off the gym so after I work out I can jump in. Big fan of the contactless check in. Better prices than anyone in the area plus there's a Wegmans right across the street!”

“I was at the Exton extended stay until it recently sold. I moved to this location after being referred here by Megan.She is so helpful and awesome. She will make you feel right at home and so comfortable. She made sure I had every accommodation I needed to make stay here amazing! I have a comfortable bed a flat screen tv and extremely clean room! I am very happy I followed her advice and came to this location. There also others who were referred by her and are enjoying their stay also!”

“I had a great stay here for a few days, it's nice and clean. I was really depressed and decided to take a random trip by myself! Great breakfast. I was feeling really sick and the staff were really patient with me as far as extending my stay and I appreciate that. Little things like this makes life worth living! “We checked in July 7,2023 and we will not be staying there again we arrived and checked in-through a night service desk at 4 in the afternoon, get to our room that had roaches in the mini fridge, the shower was impossible to turn on it was literally pulling the plumbing against the wall, we were told 2 queen beds and received 2 fulls, the cables to the tv were spliced together and held with electrical tape, the microwave had been pierced from outside to inside making it unsafe to use . The door entering our room had to be forced open and closed, the pictures are not showing the condition of the other rooms it was not worth the almost 300$ it cost to stay there, would recommend finding another hotel in the area, they offer breakfast but unless you pretty much snatch the door open to the main floor you are not getting in. Will post pictures to back my claim. If I could give it half stars I would, utterly disgusted at the condition had I not booked well ahead of time and traveled from out of state I would have found a different hotel.Safety: Doors didn’t operate properly, unsafe microwave in room,Walkability: Not at all wheelchair accessible”

“I liked my stay here the only thing that could have been better is the lighting but it isn't that big of a deal. The room was clean, fresh, and comfortable. AC worked great. I had no issues with the wi fi. I think they had coffee in the lobby in the morning. Smoking is outside of course. All in all great value.”
