The ring had been repaired and cleaned and was looking (and feeling) brand new.When asked what we owed her, she just asked that we leave a review.No problem!Excellent customer service and the ring is no longer getting snagged.We will be back!”

“Wonderful service. This lovely shop on the Paoli shopping center is unassuming but brilliant inside. I came to see if a pearl pendant necklace would be worth repairing and they did a beautiful job at a very reasonable price and called directly to let me know it was ready. The shop has amazing pieces on display, a variety of types and plenty of settings to work to create your own options. It's wonderful having such a great spot nearby to purchase or repair in the future. The strip mall tends to have shops rotate regularly and the parking can be tight but usually can get a spot and this one seems to stand the test of time.”

“I dropped off my ring to get resized, I explained my previous jeweler did an awful job at setting my stones, when I picked my ring up, I was amazed, not only did he resize my ring, but he fixed the stones and made my ring look the way it was supposed to, beautiful!! And he did this with no extra charge!! I couldn’t stop looking at my ring, he may thought it was something small, but to me it was huge!! It made me so very happy!!! Great man right here!!!!”

“I have carried a Maruca Design wallet for years. Recently, my wallet finally broke after years of abuse. On the Maruca website, I searched for a local store carrying their line. That was how I found Artisans Nest. I raced over there, trying to make it before they closed. My darn maps app told me they were on the wrong side of the road - long story short, I missed them. There was a woman walking up the sidewalk who saw me. Turns out she worked there and had just closed up. She let me in and showed me where the wallets were. I found two that I love and they were even on sale. She went out of her way and I truly appreciate it. Her shop is small and packed with wonderful handmade things from all over the world. I have already made a date with a friend to head back over to check it out when we have more time. I saw lots of great gift ideas!”

“As always, an amazing experience at Zales, King of Prussia. I purchased the diamond for my custom ring at this store in 2013. Since the diamond had a warranty, I have always gone for my cleaning and inspection. I recently took my ring for repair after finding a broken prong in the main setting. Erin took care of me when I arrived, and I left my ring for repair with an expected completion date of 2/14/2024. I received a call on February 1st that the ring was finished. I picked up the ring today and it was stunning. In closing, the ring repair was finished ahead of schedule and because of the warranty there was no charge. Erin and Amir get 5 stars for their excellent customer service. I would recommend Zales (KOP) to anyone looking for quality merchandise and excellent customer service skills.”
