They’ve helped me time and time again from when I had issues returning a Fios router to Verizon to just today when I forgot to erase a phone and had to double back before it shipped out. Thanks!”

“I’m fully convinced that there is no such thing as a mean USPS employee because I have literally never met one. The ladies working at this office are always the sweetest people on the planet! I’ve mostly worked retail and service jobs and have dealt with my fair share of difficult customers, so my heart goes out to folks who work any kind of customer service. Post office ladies are top tier customer service. I can only imagine what kind of people they deal with but the ones I’ve met always great the next customer with positive energy and I try to be as kind as possible in return.
