“Tons of inventory and comparable prices to chain stores. Some things may be a bit more expensive, but it's locally owned. I don't mind spending a dollar or two more when staples like dog and cat food are actually cheaper than Target or Tractor Supply. The older staff are knowledgeable and helpful. There is an army of teenagers that are nice, but don't always know the answers, but they free up the managers to answer questions and give advice.”

“This place is a whole experience. There is so much to look at and so many variations of unique plants. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are also fair and they have a huge selection. I recommend you carve out a couple hours to spend there just to get the whole experience. They have an awesome water fall and multiple huge greenhouses. 10/10”

“Great selection of landscape trees and shrubs. They have a dedicated water plant section. Their greenhouse selection is ok. Mostly standards, but I did see a few less common varieties and some larger plants. Prices are reasonable and fair. Service is very friendly. The store is a bit kitsch for my taste, and a bit expensive. But I'm sure many people enjoy it. It has a lot inside and seems more upscale than many garden centers. I'll go back for sure.”

“Stopped in late in the afternoon on the Saturday before Christmas for something to put at my parent's grave site. They had several "Grave Logs" to choose from. Made my choice and headed inside to pay for it. The log was heavier than I thought. Clerk met me at the door, took the log, and offered to put it in my car. That was excellent service! The log was a nice addition to my parent's grave site. Have shopped here several times- - always successful!”

They were so nice and helpful, going the extra mile to be sure my geranium would get what it needed to reach optimal health. You could spend many hours looking for and/or figuring out what your next home improvement project might be.If you're any type of DIYer, you can get most of what you need if not everything here. “We purchased our hot tub from Stu at the West End Fair. They were so patient with us as our kids were incredibly loud and jumping in/out of all of their display hot tubs. Never once made us feel uncomfortable and were so nice to the kids as we took forever to decide on a hot tub. They told us it would be ordered on the next truck and it was. They called for delivery and promptly delivered on the day scheduled with no concerns. The three delivery guys were amazing. Honestly the best. They helped us remove part of our fence, bring the hot tub down two inclines and put it in our deck. I can’t say enough good things about them. They took the time to teach us the basics of a hot tub and explain the chemicals needed. Never made us feel rushed. It honestly was a great experience overall purchasing the hot tub, the staff was the best. Stu called about a week later to check-in. Unfortunately our electrician never showed up but fast forward 3 weeks later- it’s hooked up and AMAZING. We’ve been in it every day multiple times. So incredibly happy and thankful.”
