Huge thanks to the courteous and professional staff for their exceptional service. Special shout-out to the manager, Brent Foltz, for overseeing the smooth process, Austin Winter in sales for his attentive assistance, and Kevin in finance for helping finalize the details seamlessly. Although, we had a few hiccups in the process, the team’s dedication to customer service made all the difference. I have worked with Nancy twice now on buying a vehicle. Both times she was very responsive and offered me a great deal on the vehicle from the beginning. This second time i started off talking to Cole through internet sales who did excellent on providing me with a vehicle i was looking for. This purchase I know was not simple on their end, but Nancy and Piazza Honda did a great job on getting my deal done and very quickly. This was the first time I've ever been in a dealership and didn't think that I was getting ripped off. Just recently purchased a 24 Ridgeline and love it. My gf and I will be visiting Nancy again very soon for a Pilot. I highly recommend Piazza Honda.

I gave a very positive review earlier but I definitely changed my mind with the kind of service which they are providing now. It’s one of very rude and worst service and sales team ever I have seen. While selling their extended warranty they speak very generously. But when we are trying to cancel, they have asked me to come as walk-in and after we came to site, they are just ignoring that they have more appointments and can come on some other day. Overall their customer handling was very rude and ignorant. One of worst finance team and irresponsible behavior.

Cole was absolutely fantastic. They genuinely did all they could to make us feel respected and a valued customer. We came in to lease the new 2024 Honda Prologue Touring AWD and honestly, I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. I previously leased with Polestar and the customer service there was absolutely atrocious and they disrespected us left, right, and center. At Piazza Honda of Pottstown, I genuinely felt appreciated and it made me want to: A)write a review, and B) go to them if I ever get another Honda.

Was mysteriously denied the keys/offer right at the last minute via a phone call at 9am this morning for no real reason and was rushed throughout the paperwork process. I was told that if I didn't have proof of income/insurance before 1pm, the deal is called off entirely and I was given very, very little time (not even two days) to come up with one or two little pieces of paperwork.
Was given a hard time when providing them the paperwork and evidence of income/identity.
Drove the extra 44 minutes to Main Line Honda at the time of typing. Very professional and fast staff who got me driving off with my new car just shy of 3 hours.
The difference in these two dealerships is night and day. I think the dealer (Jake) saw something he didn't like and closed the deal for some other reason.
I emailed asking what the problem was and got repeatedly told that the deal is closed alongside the excuse that our cashier check's origin was unknown despite the person being there WITH me.
Judging from other reviews, it looks like this place is as shady as it seemed.
Left an especially negative impression on me considering I needed the vehicle ASAP for my job and he was all ready to close the deal yesterday and today I get a call that it's cancelled for no reason.
Funny how I get the same exact vehicle (2025 Honda Civic LX in Pearl White) at Main Line Honda and the whole thing wasn't made a headache like it was here and I drove off the same day.
Good riddance.

Every car I have owned I bought from Nancy. 4 Hondas in total and could not be happier with my CRV. My buying process was so quick even my infant didn't get fussy! We will drive the 2 hours, past other Honda dealers to buy again when needed!!!

The person who checked my car messed with the features in the car did not communicate they were going to drive and said it had damage which it didn't....didn't even get to speak to a sales person. The worst experience at a dealership

Piazza Honda of Pottstown is the BEST! I have followed Nancy from Reading to Pottstown and have purchased several vehicles from her. What do I love the most? Nancy takes the time to understand exactly what you want and is patient with you until she can find it! She makes financing super easy. The entire experience with Nancy is fabulous - recommend highly!
