Is this store closing? This was my first time there and unfortunately I wouldn’t return. It’s big inside but many aisles have little to no products in them. It was strange in that sense.

Empty shelves. This is the second time I've stopped in for something simple and it's nothing but empty shelves. Don't waste your time. Go to Giant or CVS in Spring City. This is a joke of a store

They are slow they are never caught up in their work they never have any workers told me I had to wait 3 hrs for my medication to be filled it was no one in there waiting no Nthn and the one lady was rude and not very helpful I feel like if they’re always way behind in their work, what’s the use of them still being in business? They don’t smell they don’t laugh. They don’t engage with their customers. They don’t do nothing. They’re ignorant I feel like they don’t care about their clients or their customers.

The absolute worst! Been calling this location for the last 45 minutes to get a prescription filled. I even called from another phone to allow myself to be on hold from 2 devices. This is unacceptable!!

Beyond slow 3 cars in front of me in drive through took 20 minutes to get to window to be told that my script wasn't ready after being called in 5 hours earlier

nobody in the store, nobody in line, 2 pharmacy staff and they have a sign that says no drive-through due to short staff. Transferring my prescriptions to CVS.

They almost always get something wrong. The only reason I use this pharmacy is it's on the bus line. This store should close.

Zero stars if possible.
Had a script transferred to Royersford
Both pharmacist and hourly attendant were completely awful. I called the other Rite Aid 3x to verify script was transferred properly. Speaker phone on for staff to hear from the other pharmacist.
Waited in store for 75 minutes until filled. Awful experience, worst customer service, and not even busy….just downright did not care….

Great help from associates and rite aid pharmacists and covering staff. They’re very kind and helpful! Also store is immaculate, clean and organized. Clearance items, sales, rewards and coupons are awesome!

i am a long time Rite Aid customer and I really like the pharmacist at this store. But for over a month now they seem to be having phone issues - their phone seems to be out of order. A pharmacy without a working telephone is like a fire department with no fire engine. I am really disappointed as I am going to have to change pharmacies after many years of being a loyal Rite Aid customer.......One day later and still can't reach this store by phone. Busy signal all day long! ...Update October 2, 2023: the pharmacist called me personally to discuss my concerns. They are aware of the phone issue and are trying to resolve it with Verizon. I appreciate this phone call. Rite Aid does care about their customers.
