Called to set up a new appointment with a new doctor since I just moved to the area and immediately from the office staff who answered the phone I realized this wasn’t the place for me.

I struggled with whether I should leave a review or not, because I’ve only had good care from this practice up until recently. My doctor is fantastic, the front end staff have been kind and accommodating, and while phone calls go mostly unanswered, a call back is usually in the works.
I had a change of prescription coverage this past January due to employer choice. A medication that was previously covered with no issues now requires a prior auth- something that a family practice is completely capable of handling, and a pretty common occurrence. I left multiple voicemails with no call back to discuss this, as it was first denied, and then the denial was upheld because the office gave completely wrong information due to misunderstanding or misreading a question. When I received a call back from Tanya, the disdain and annoyance was immediately apparent, her attitude was flippant, and she doubled down on not listening to what I was trying to explain. I was then told, explicitly, that doing prior authorizations was taking up too much of their time, and not worth it since it would probably be denied anyway. I work in healthcare and I understand the responsibilities and frustrations of the job, but to speak to me as if I was purposely annoying her was absolutely astonishing. When I finally got her to understand what the previous issue was with the auth not being accepted (again, incorrect information supplied BY THEM), it was accepted right away.
Not impressed, and still legitimately upset about this days later.

Beware. If you’re on Medicare, they try to force you to have a physical every year, saying it’s a requirement. It’s not, it’s just more money for them.

Anytime I am due for my annual physical and I am called to set up an appointment, and I don't pick up the phone due to a busy scheduleand BEING AT WORK, the office staff gets progressively ruder. Tanya specifically. I as well have the issue where I show up 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment and I end up waiting over 40 minutes to an hour before I am seen.

I’ve had a few appointments over the years and every time I come ≈10 mins early and end up waiting 20-30 minutes past my appointment time before I’m even given a room. If you’re running late tell your patients

The covid religion has ruined Spring-ford Family practice. This once outstanding doctors office is now just a becon for indocrination. If you do not subscribe to the covid religion do no expect any real assistance here at this facility. Was forced into covid test, never had any covid symptoms but tested positive, never got anything for to solve the issue I went to see them with, and now a month later the sinus infection is back.

Dr. Brosius and Jackie Nestor are incredible doctors, hands down. I wish I could see them but the office staff has turned me away. The staff are so rude and make you feel like you're a problem when you're sick. I have been banned from making appointments until a bill is resolved that they billed to my insurance wrong. I've made several phone calls to resolve the issue to my insurance company who have tried reaching out to Springford's office staff who either don't answer their calls or forward them to someone else. It's been a constant headache and it's a shame because I really think Dr. B and Jackie are highly intelligent and great doctors. It's fighting through the office staff and medical assistants that is the problem. I have been seeing Dr. B since I was a child so to see this office like this now and to be treated like this after being a loyal patient is just sad.

Horrible service, I've been in the area longer than they've been in business and I have never had a good experience dealing with them, everything from simple ppwk requests to urgent health needs. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Dr Brosius takes very good care of my 82 year old hubby with health issues. The rest of the staff have always been pleasant to us and making appointments and getting questions answered never a problem.

I absolutely love coming here! I started with Dr. Brosius and now see Jackie Nestor. She is smart, dedicated, and a doll! I trust her and her abilities and will stay here as a patient no questions

this is the worst practice. I had been going here for years, and when my kids became teens I started bringing them. Fast forward to the Covid pandemic and 2020. Like most American's we stopped going to dentists and doctors and any place that could have germs. It was a lock down. Today I tried to make an appointment for my daughter and was told since she hasn't been there since 2019 she is no longer a patient and they are not accepting new patients. I was never told we have to go every year. Sure the health insurance people want you to but the doctor's office NEVER said we would get kicked out for being healthy. I also had to do a tele-doc appointment when their office was closed during the height of the pandemic, they charged me for an out of office visit at $150. So I had no choice since their office was closed but I was never warned there would be such a high extra cost. I would think twice before going here. It's all about the money to them and not about the people. Oh, and on top of it all, you NEVER get to see the actual doctor. He's too busy out of the office to see patients. It's a shame. I work in the health care industry and I will now tell EVERYONE who will listen that this place is terrible. That they make up rules without a notification, that they would rather take your money once a year than have you stay safe at home during a global health crisis.

This practice is the worst. Made an appointment a few years ago and went in to be told that I haven’t been here for 2 years and need a physical before they could treat me for Covid, and I have to reschedule after waiting 2 weeks. I made a big fit and finally they said they would do the physical and Covid test the same appointment. Well 1 year later they call me to say I have not been in for a year and I need to make an appointment for a physical, I’m healthy I don’t need any health care at the moment, they told me they are dropping me and have been harassing me with letters and phone calls. This is crazy, healthy people don’t need to be holding up sick peoples appointments and I’m glad they canceled me. This place is a scam and all about rocking you’re insurance. Steer clear and if you work for them I’d find it hard to sleep at night. Also the 3.1 google score proves my point. The worst place ever.

I’ve been going to this practice for years. The doctors and nurses are great, but the receptionists are always so rude and act like you are bothering them whenever you call or come in. They give you such a snobby attitude, but when you are sitting waiting to go back to the office they will sit there chatting it up having a good old time. It’s also impossible to speak with the doctor on the phone. Aside from the front desk, everything is sent directly to someone’s voicemail. You’re then at the mercy of whenever they decide to check their voicemail, and whenever they decide to call you back. If you call the front desk to follow up, you get an attitude. I respect everything doctors and nurses do, but when it comes to Spring Ford Family Practice, YOU have to wait for them. That’s not how healthcare should work. IMO, keep the doctors, keep the nurses, and restaff everyone else.
