There were like no cashiers because some older lady who works there just closed the aisles down idfk and then got mad at us when all we could do is use the self checkout because "we had more then ten items". Like what'd u want us to do ? she then proceeded to make LOUD comments about us to another employee like girl I can literally hear you . Anyways , next time don't be so loud and RUDE when talking about customers who have done nothing but support the store thankssss!

I love target - I shop there alll the time and their drive up service is the best.Staff is friendly and helpful!

My local target is nice, but recently the store has been a mess. Products are strewn everywhere, especially in the women’s clothing department and the men’s clothing department. The lines have also been crazy because despite the 3-4 employees that are always standing up near the registers, they don’t actually open any of the registers. They just stand there and talk while 10 people are waiting in line for self checkout. It’s only been this way the last few months, prior to this the store was pretty top notch.

I went to the target today in Royersford to pick up one of my orders and was extremely dissatisfied by the customer service and drive up team. There was some confusion about my online order between drive up and customers service and them not having it and the young man at the drive up was extremely disrespectful about it. He told me that the conversation I had with the customer service woman “did not happen” and my husband and I were truly taken a back by the disrespect and the fact that we just went in the store prior to going to drive up and had a conversation with the customer service woman and drive up having my order. I’m not one to make it a big deal over things like this and recognize that sometimes people may be having a bad day however, it is unacceptable to speak to people in that way. You will lose customers if this young man continues to speak to people this way.

Inexcusable rudeness at the Ulta department in Royersford, PA. Young lady with short dark curly hair refused to assist customers. she informed me that I was "too old" for the products I inquired about. She was more concerned about socializing than doing her job. Shame on Target for hiring sales agents that act like entitled spoiled brats.

I really love the convenience of placing an order online and picking it up at customer service. They always have everything I need and it saves me from going into the store which gives me anxiety, must be be all the years I worked in retail lol

Never have I ever written a review like this before. The woman who I believe is named Erin (middle aged, reddish hair) is the rudest, most incompetent human being I have ever witnessed working in customer service. I have been going to this location for years and the staff is lovely except for the bad apple. Fairly sure my husband and myself were racially profiled by her and when asked simple questions, she scoffed and was visibly and audibly annoyed when asked. Not ok.

I called the store 4x to inquire about an item that was stated to be not in store but actually was and nobody answered my calls and I was hung up on once. Luckily there was one product left when I arrived but there were employees at the customer service desk talking and ignoring the phones.

Went shopping Saturday for my daughters back to school necessities. When arriving home we realized we had left an entire bag of stuff we got either in the cart or at the register . I called to speak with someone and was connected to Dee in customer service . She was so patient and willing to help ! She went through and checked the register lanes and carts to let me know it was not found however to come in and speak to guest services to have the items replaced. When returning on Sunday i was delighted to see that Dee was the one there helping with returns and exchanges . She took me and explained everything and assisted in fixing what had happened. She went above and beyond and really made our stress go away completely! She made the process smooth and quick! She is such an asset to Target and had the best customer experience I’ve experienced in the many times i visit !! Thank you Dee for all you did and you really are the best!!!!!!

I love this target but I came here to say that customer service needs to be improved. This is not the first time that I’ve gone to the service desk and been helped by the older woman with grey hair and a southern accent who is extremely unhelpful and quite rude. She always acts as if you are inconveniencing her by needing assistance with an online order or a return. Today I was looked at like I was crazy when I told her I needed to return something I bought online and exchange for a different size. She cut me off before I was even finished talking and said “we don’t do exchanges here.” For the rest of the interaction, she basically dismissed everything I said and i was left to figure it out on my own. She is the only target worker I’ve ever had an issue with and made the experience very unpleasant. As someone who’s worked retail before, I am always kind to customer service workers but she seems to have her mind already made up that customers are annoying every time I’ve dealt with her.
