Appointment for an initial check up on a new car. What should have been 45 minutes took three hours. After I noticed my car in the lot I inquired if it was done and was told paperwork was lost. Twenty minutes later I checked again, and was told the tech hadn't submitted the paperwork, and someone parked the car in the wrong location. They finally found paperwork, but forgot another maintenance issue so I had to wait again while they brought car back into maintenance. No apologies. I'd still be there if I hadn't asked about my car. Just a bad and unorganized service department

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Tricounty and 4 including what our family has purchased from this location, total. Mark Robertson is our go-to guy and has been amazing to us. I am driving the nicest car I’ve ever owned thanks to him. Additionally, I’ve taken each vehicle to Tricounty to be serviced throughout the past 10 years since purchasing my first. The service department has just kept getting better. This week when I went in for a service appointment, I could see a marked improvement in the customer service and organization of the department (not that it had been bad previously). Everyone was so nice and helpful, service was timely, and it is so convenient to sit and work with a hot tea while I wait. I am definitely a loyal customer, excited for my next new ride!

Making appointment was simple. Reason for visit was 18 month service. Oil change, checkup. They contacted me and asked when I wanted to come in. Arrived and pulled into service bay. Was greeted immediately. Took about 45 minutes and I was on my way home.Wish I had the same service plan for my Honda CRV. These guys are great. Buy your next vehicle from Tri County Toyota. I know I will.

I called on Saturday 8/19/23 at 11am due to an issue I was having with the air bag light sticking. I looked in my manual and found the light indicator and it said to call service center immediately. I spoke to Rich who seemed rather helpful. He said stop in and I will take a look. I told him I could be there at 2:30pm. I arrived on time and went directly to the service desk and asked for him. I was told by the receptionist that he was gone for the day. I explained my conversation with him earlier in the day and she had me pull around to the bay and enter the garage where they waved my in. I explained my situation. They said Rich should be back in 15 minutes and will take a look. I waited and waited for 2 hours. Not one single staff member that passed me in the waiting room came to me and told me that apparently Rich had not come back. Meanwhile.....they have my car. They took no information from me. I waited with no customer service whatsoever. When I went out to the garage only to see my car still sitting there in the same spot I asked what's up with my car??? They were dumbfounded. Needless to say, I requested that my car be returned to me I am tired of waiting. I can honestly say that everyone that was working that day between 2:30pm - 4:30pm will be held responsible if anything happens to my car due to the neglected service.Beware

This place is awesome. Mike Bertino was my salesman and he found the perfect Toyota Tacoma for me and I LOVE IT!!! He was patient and I will return to him if I need to buy a new car. Josh Camacho in finance was really awesome too. Made the whole process easy. 10/10 would recommendKate the Mailman

Look, I'm busy, I had car in for inspection, my mistake the registration was up! They let me know, and then on a Friday, late afternoon mind you, the guy, Jeff I believe, offered to go ahead online and do it for me! We did it together over the phone! Awesome. Thank you sir! Also, the car had a scraping or some kind of wind noise at speed, they fixed that too! Charge $ was reasonable too! Charged 1 half hour labor! So happy with my experience at Tri County Toyota! Great job! &Thanks for everything!

My family & I have been using this dealership for years. I recently needed a hitch installed on my vehicle last minute. I was extremely thankful when Tri County was able to accommodate my urgent request. As always, they performed efficiently & professionally. The Dealer Associate named Johanna & her team (I did not catch the mechanic's name but want to give them credit as well) went out of their ways to ensure that I got my vehicle back when I needed it. I will continue taking my vehicle here & encouraging others to do the same.

Everyone was polite and very helpful! I could believe how fast I got in and out. Walked in got approved picked my car up next day. They didn't try to force packages and deals, they honored my request and preferences and went full speed ahead. I purchased a Tesla Model S from them and they even took a little off and gave me a great deal. Finance had me in and out in literally 10 minutes. Definitely recommend! Thank you John, thank you Tre, thank you Jose!

I went over to Tri-County Toyota looking to purchase a new car. The second I stepped foot on that lot, Kaleb came out and greeted me. He was very polite and helpful and made the buying process extremely easy. He definitely helped me get my best deal and I finally have my dream car! Thank you Kaleb!

I see why this dealership has a two-star rating, specifically the service department. I took my car in for a code that I pulled myself: P0303. They charged me a diagnostic fee for an hour of diagnostic time. Many other service departments do, so I have no problem there. I told them, and they should have been able to tell, that I just changed the plugs and coils since those are potential fixes for the code. The code persisted after I did that so I needed their help to figure out what was actually wrong with the car. They call me back and said that they believe it may be one of the injectors. They wanted to change all four injectors - I have no problem with changing all four, it's the prudent thing to do; it was around $1400 to do so. I have no problem with the cost as long as it fixed the problem. But what they could not tell me is that this is the actual problem. It was a, "let's change this, and see if that fixes it" kind of thing. Wait, what? You're the dealer! You can't diagnose your own car? I know there are no guarantees in this life but this guy refused to put any confidence behind their own diagnosis. What happens if they change them and it still doesn't work? I pay $1400 plus have to do more - what that "more" is, they have no idea. My fear is that they did not put an hour into the car; did they just pull the same code that I pulled with my $20 scanner, in conjunction with knowing that I changed the injectors and plugs, and guessed about the rest?I later changed the fuel rail and injectors, and still am having the same problem. I only paid a few hundred bucks but what if I had let these "professionals" do it? I'd be out of $1400 with more to pay. I'm sorry, I hate to make bad reviews knowing that other people (including the people that I'm addressing) may see them.....but this place should really be able to do better. Or get better people. The service industry, across all industries, is/are largely pathetic.

I went in looking for a RAV4 and found what I wanted. They were patient, professional, and thorough. I ended up buying the car I wanted and I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

This was my first experienced using Tri County Toyota service department. The service manager George was friendly and very helpful with getting my car repaired professionally and correctly! The shuttle driver who drove me home was courteous and nice! I will definitely use Tri County Toyota for my future service needs for my Toyota. Thank you for the great service!

Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Found a great online deal for a hybrid and were ready to buy right then and there. The salesman that we dealt with was patronizing when we expressed wanting a hybrid over the regular version of the vehicle. Just 10 miles difference fuel efficiency is a big deal with gas prices. I'm sure if he was missing 25% of his paycheck he would notice. He expressed they were short staffed which is not an excuse for no one even acknowledging us. A "hey we'll be right with you," would have sufficed. Instead we're going with a Hyundai hybrid. No one really cares because there's a waiting list longer than my arm, but it's really shocking how little they care here. Been to almost every car maker to narrow things down and not one of them, even close to closing and with a worker shortage treated us like that. Dodged a bullet though so it's a win!

They change the tire for us but they would not order the new hub cap for us they said my husband had to go home and call back down to them for one he even said I wanted a new one. They did not even check to see if they had it, which they did. Such poor service tell them you want a item do not want to sell it to you. I called parts the guy said said said they had one. Then he was going to have the women from the garage call or message me but she never did I had to call again.

JOE! Where do I get started? Joe Oniskey is hands down the best salesman I have EVER dealt with. He makes you feel more like family than a customer. Joe is an incredibly funny and down to earth guy who is a man of his word. I am beyond grateful for everything he did and am so glad he was our salesman, though I like to think of him as a new friend I made. If you’re seeing this Joe, keep being you, keep being awesome!
