The young long black hair female desk clerk was not helpful at all. She was reluctant to assist with shipping details and thought the customers should know her job. Poor customer service and she should not be dealing with the public.

A very patient and helpful clerk helped me submit my change of address properly; very glad my local post office is a pleasant one!

The new African American postal service worker that’s recently hired to work out front is RUDE and IGNORANT. Stay away from her lane if you can. Your doing yourself and her a favor.

Their mail delivery is horrible. Notoriously unreliable. They deliver your mail to someone else and give you stuff that isn’t addressed to you. If you mail a package from that office and it doesn’t get to its destination (highly likely with the postal service’s abysmal track record for service), there is nobody in this location willing to help you. You’ll just be out your money and your merchandise. The postal service in all honesty should just go out of business. They are awful.

Terrible customer service. Mail is routinely delivered to the wrong address or not delivered at all. If you mail a package from the Royersford location and it doesn't make it to the receiver, you are just out of luck. Nobody at the post office cares and certainly will NOT take the time to help you or make things right. With so many better carriers out there, don't waste your time with the post office. Go somewhere where they guarantee results.

I’ve never been so impressed with a usps employee as I was today. Usually I feel like I am entering a prison every time I go into a usps store, but not today! Jennifer in Royersford was super friendly, efficient and extremely nice to my 5 yr old daughter. Usps needs more employees like her! Thank you Jennifer. I left the store smiling which has never happened before.

I want to thank Frank and Mike for helping us resolve the lost EBay package issue. There was no post office error but another crimson scammer preying on the hard working people. You helped us. Thanks

Delivery service from some postal workers is horrible. Outgoing mail is left in box yet UNMISTAKENLY is OUTGOING mail. Items are crammed into the box, sometimes destroyed. It's utter laziness and frustrating because there is no accountability. Good luck getting a person to talk to about it.

Welp where do I start ? I never have had a bad experience until dealing with this post office .So I ordered some things for an event that I was attending and received an email stating that it was delivered on Thursday 4/28 … I check my mailbox and in front of my house and no package so the next day I went to the post office to speak to them regarding my missing package in which they stated that it was not there and they were going to have the mailman go out and find it . The supervisor Frank came up front stating that it was a 18 year old kid who delivered it and that he continues to have problems with him … in which at that point in my mind I was saying we’ll fire the person . So after some digging I found out that the package was not even scanned in front of my home but in front of another home but the kid didn’t know where he had put the packages ! Frank was not helpful at all and just kept saying someone will return it . I spoke to Frank about a claim to get a refund in which he stated they don’t do that which I was confused as they had lost my packages ! So now I am out of packages and money ! This is the worse post office ever !

This by far has got to be the worst run post office in the entire country! I ship packages everyday from here for my online store and they sit and sit and sit for days before heading to the Philadelphia distribution center. Today I got a returned package back that I shipped on December 18th today its January 31st of the next year! Over 45 days and it never even left the post office. They keep raising their postage rates, making the Priority mail boxes smaller and the service just gets worse. I guess when you have a government job there is no accountability or reason to even do the bare minimum of sorting and delivering packages. Sure there is more that goes on but you would think with the technology and me pre printing my own labels it would make things easier. NOPE!!! But they know they're the only gig in town and if you want to UPS or Fed EX something the cost is double which I can not spend or ask my buyers to pay $10.00 postage for a $20.00 item that they are buying from me. I am going to try another post office and perhaps they can get my packages out of the post office in under 4-5 days?

Though I think USPS as a whole is sinking ship, this review is for the employees at this location. Jennifer is the only person from this location that has a brain. The rest have marbles for brains. I have no idea how they manage day to day tasks. It's error after error with them. I requested a lock change and they changed the wrong locks and still demanded I pay for their mistake. Other times I've requested a lock change, it takes several weeks to accomplish. Frank is absolutely miserable to deal with. The attitude is very poor. We get it, you hate your life because you work at USPS but don't take it out on customers.
