How the heck is there no coffee brewed at 7:30am on a Saturday??
And no urns brewing behind the counter??
Food is terrible.
Staff never gets orders correct.
Definitely not coming back…

Employee “George” needs a lesson on personal hygiene, there is no Reason he should be working the register and I can smell him all the way back at the coffee station. Couldn’t even breathe while he was checking me out. Not OK.

Why is my quesadilla always soggy as hell? A quesadilla is supposed to be crispy not breaking apart because it’s soaked and soggy. The whole bottom of the box is wet

It's nice to help someone who is not from around here at 1:00am, but when you have a customer and you are not doing business with the person you're helping, how about having them step aside, take money from another actual customer and push a button so the actual customer can be on their way? Instead of that actual customer having to go elsewhere to do business. This generation of 20 somethings have no idea 💡 about customer service.

I have very specific food allergies and the only real “meal” item I can have is a plain hot dog. (Their gluten and dairy free options are severely lacking. Yes, I take the hot dog off the bun and eat it that way. Yes it is sad!) The past five times I’ve been there, there have been no hot dogs and I have had to specifically find someone and ask them to make me one. I hate having to take an extra 10 minutes out of my lunch break but even more than that, I hate having to feel like a burden to the employees by asking them to make me something specifically. More of a 2 or 2.5 but I felt bad rating that low because the employees are usually nice about it, just wish they were more prepared with the dogs??

What the hell is wrong with these people I just ordered a hoagie and they screwed it up how hard is it to read a screen and make that sandwich it wasn't even busy this generation just don't care but we're supposed to raise minimum wage to 15 an hour and screw the middle class. Last week I ordered a snack wrap and they didn't even cook the chicken come on do better its not hard
