I recently had a frustrating experience at Wawa Store. I used 1,000 points to get a discount of 30 cents per gallon on diesel. The points were deducted, but I was charged the regular price for the diesel. When I went inside to ask for help, the staff told me they had no idea and basically said goodbye. Very disappointing service!

Avoid this wawa. Got a ham and cheese and lettuce hoagie from the deli and pulled a date sticker out of my mouth. When I returned and asked to speak to a manager the worker said..”well who do you want to speak to?” I said a manager. Deli guy came I told him and showed him and said oh what time did you order. Took it and left. No sorry, no offer for new sandwich. Horrible Wawa horrible customer service

They messed up my food really bad. First they said they changed the recipe for burritos saying they are not hot anymore. So I asked them to make it again and leave it in the oven little more time and same thing again.

okay so this is gonna be a long one. i came to this wawa when i i came to visit my bsf who lived in the area and she told me that wawa was a great area to go to (im from california and dont have these where im from) i can’t believe that this wawa has fired their employees on the spot for nothing. they have an immense power trip here and it’s disgusting. i can’t believe that both times ive been here in the 3 weeks i was visiting that they fired two employees. i could hear it from the lobby of the store, and the day before the general Manager was rude to all of his staff that day i came in aswell. the place has MICE , i’ve found hair and FINGER NAILS INSIDE MY FOOD BOTH TIMES IVE GONE THERE. i’ve smelt marijuana from inside the bathroom being smelled like they were lighting up on their shifts and have SEEN AN EMPLOYEE SNORTING A LINE AND SHOOTING UP when i walked into the bathroom . the person who took my orders both times were drunk and intoxicated on the job by alcohol and marijuana. i can’t believe that the general manager knows this is and continues to let this happen . if i were u i would not come here under any circumstance even if it’s dire. i’d save ur time and just go to a place down the road like mcdonald’s or sum shi. absolutely disappointed, how sad it is to see kids doing drugs on or off shift

Its a horrible place, hellish one could say, terrible food (found a rats paw) bad customer service (got cussed out because i kept stuttering my order) and overall gross environment. A baby in a chair across from me looked me dead in the eyes as he diarrheaed all over the floor. Will never return

GM fires perfectly good employees on the basis of “insubordination” and wont let the employees actually explain what is going on. Seems like a bad thing to do to me. Power trips are NOT it. Its gross and absolutely disgusting that people will support that.

Wawa... Big Fan!! Everyone is a little extra kind when walking into a Wawa. Always so quick to hold the door for you and leave you with some well wishes for your day. The Ice Tea, Coffee, and Junk Food are top notch here... I used to smoke and pack was $10 so I'd be laying a 20 spot every time I walked in... thanks to Wawa's wide array of all that is great tasting and horrible for you, I still can't enter any of their locations without dropping a 20 banger.... what I'm saying is we budget for Wawa expenditures in our home. Love you, mean it!
Parking: This goes for all Wawa stores...There's plenty of parking spaces most of the day but there's always a few times a day when you may have to park as if you're fueling up your vehicle or you may just bail on the whole thing after your second loop around the lot. Also, why is it that every Wawa has the most wack traffic patterns, as well as wack entrances and wack exits... even still, can't keep me away...

All the advertising about Wawa having pizza resulted in a visit to purchase one. Pizza crust is lacking flavor, ingredients applied incorrectly too many other restaurants offering better pizza.
