From the late night dispatch, the tow truck driver (I'm terrible at remembering names , my apologies) to Tony in the shop.
We had an issue that needed some deep diagnosis, a long story longer, and they resolved an issue rather quickly that it would probably be overlooked had we gone elsewhere.
Even for being a 1995 Frightliner getting parts are a wait but luckily he had used parts on hand.
