An employee by the name of Allison gets a 10/10 from me. Super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Went above and beyond to help me pack up and ship an item and helped me save some money on something I would have originally paid a lot to ship.

It really depends who you get at the desk. Unfortunately there is a woman who is routinely combative. Think energizer bunny after an energy drink. Talks over you....asks a question and then answers it for you etc. If I see her working I actually drive out to Bairdford where they are regularly friendly. I have family that are carriers...it's not an easy job but paying customers would prefer to not be abused. Being able to listen is a fundamental skill for customer service.

Monday April 19th.I hope they can look up who worked this shift today!!Had a woman I can’t think of her name TRY and help me send my save the dates. She didn’t even greet me. The first words out of her mouth were “you know what time we close right?”. Seriously!?!? She then proceeded to tell me pretty much how much of a burden I was and was slamming my envelopes and stamping them with aggression. I went to walk out after trying to help her and she refused and she said “you’re welcome” in a really rude tone and I said thank you a million times and even apologized before that! Will never being using them again. Inconsiderate and rude! Recommend to NO ONE.

Small, and you'd pass it if you are not paying attention. Awesome stamps!
