Had an excellent experience today with Bolton to upgrade my phone to the s25 ultra. He was knowledgeable, fast and service oriented. I was out of there in about 30min which included having my new phone set up. I have heard very good things about the st clair store and it's all true!

I typically dread having to go into a Verizon store.. but Tyler made the experience wonderful! He was polite, fast, and knowledgeable. Will definitely return!
