Dodie is THE BEST at what she does!! She is helpful, knowledgeable and doesn't quit until she gets u all the help and answers u are looking for!! She keeps in touch to make sure u are completely satisfied with ur cellular experience. I don't go to anyone else, she's too good to go elsewhere!! Had an excellent experience today with Bolton to upgrade my phone to the s25 ultra. He was knowledgeable, fast and service oriented. I was out of there in about 30min which included having my new phone set up. I have heard very good things about the st clair store and it's all true!

Worked with Justin to resolve some long-standing phone issues, finally able to resolve them with his help. He’s professional, friendly and very patient, which I especially appreciated as I was just about out of it myself by the time I walked in. Store is also always immaculate, and both times I was there, all employees were actively working and staying busy to keep wait times down. Definitely one of the better stores I’ve had to visit.

Huge shout out to Dodie Fetterolf. It was extremely busy an she gave us the best customer service ever. She upgraded 3 of our phones. Answered every question an got everything transferred over for each phone. Even took the time to rehook up the samsung watch to the new phone. Being 10+ years with verizon we will always go to St. Clair an see Dodie.

Ive been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and working with Dodie was the best customer service I've ever experienced with Verizon. She was knowledgeable and patient. She explained things as she did it and was simply a joy to talk to. She made me feel like I was part of a community and not just a customer. Thank you Dodie for the great service!
