Interned here for a few weeks. Disgusting and dirty floor and equipment. Dropped pills on floor and picked them up and put them right back. Allowed a customer to come in and scream the N word at the top of his lungs. Nasty hag runs the place and yells at unpaid interns for not knowing how the phone system works yet. Needless to say, do not go here.

The store does not only sell Health & Beauty Aids they also sell beautiful country decorations & afull line of athletic shoes & health related shoes. My first time of being in the store & it is very nice so if you have never been there go check it out. Iam sure you will like it.

AWFUL. The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Been using them as my primary pharmacy for about 3 years and I could literally count on ONE hand the amount of times they were polite/had good customer service. It’s no wonder it’s like a ghost town in there.

I needed shoes to relieve foot pain. It was well worth the trip from Bedford County. They have a wide selection that you can actually see. Chris was so helpful and fitted my shoes perfectly.

My husband went here for his diabetic shoes. The staff is very friendly here. They also have a nice selection of seasonal home decor and candles.

I work for a long-term care facility that gets medication and supplies for clients through Forest Hills Pharmacy. I wish I could give FHP five stars. The staff are very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help you. The delivery services are prompt and courteous. Their blister packs (14 days supply of medicine) make it easy to administer medications on the correct day and at the right time. However, there are sometimes problems with the accuracy of what they put on the computerized medication tracking system. Whenever there is a medication change, staff at the care facility should diligently check the computer system as soon as possible to make sure things are accurate. I have found the system instructing staff at my facility to give a new medication at the wrong time, or to administer both a discontinued and a new medication, or to continue to administer a medication that the doctor has discontinued. This has the potential to lead to a client missing a medication, getting wrong medications, or getting doses of two similar medications -- effectively double-dosing the client. So it's important to have a system in place to make sure that all medication changes are carefully reviewed in the system before the time comes to administer the medications.

Recently my mom had been complaining about her shoes being too heavy and hurting her feet. I found out that FHP has special shoes for people that are diabetic. My mom isn't diabetic but I called and spoke to Chris regarding the problems my mom was experiencing. We set up a time to go so that he could evaluate her to see if he could help. He was very attentive to her needs and what she wanted. Even though her insurance would not pay due to her.not having a diagnosis worthy of
