“Royal body shop has a great owner named Bob. It's a smaller body shop so it takes some time but it's not like other bigger body shops where all they want is your money. He did a great job on my car after i hit a deer and it looks great, like it never happened. He even took the time to get my cars complicated color exactly the same when he was re-painting my car parts i needed replaced. I would highly recommend coming here or atleast contacting them because they give you a full price estimate which is almost exact on how much the final price was. He also keeps in contact with you the whole time your car is in his shop.”

I dropped my car off the night before, right before they closed, and they still called me first thing the next early afternoon with a full diagnosis. They went over what was wrong, discussed the cost of repairs, and got my approval before starting any work, which I really appreciated.
My car had misfire symptoms, and they quickly found the issue and got it repaired. They had my car diagnosed within 24 hours of it being on their lot, and I was without it for maybe 48 hours total before they called to say it was ready.
Fast, reliable, professional, and great at explaining both the problem and the work being done. They even found a couple of additional issues that fixed a stubborn check engine light I could never get to shut off (they of course asked for my approval before fixing the additional things).
Such a great small-town business with kind, knowledgeable people running it. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back here for any future work. Convenient, trustworthy, and close to home, couldn’t ask for better!”

“I have a little too much experience in hitting things at night and had always gone to JMA collision which is now Gerber collision and glass. I had a few negative experiences with them and wanted to pick something better. Luciano’s had great reviews and came recommended by a few friends and family and I couldn’t be more pleased.
Dave is very good at listening to the customers needs and keeping communication along the way. I had significant enough damage to be concerned of the outcome and that all disappeared after a few conversations with him. When my car was ready on time I should add, I was more than pleased and have never had a place match the paint as well as they did. Matching plastic bumpers to the rest of the car is a challenge for most places. Especially those like Gerber who just paint by numbers!
My car feels and drives like a new car, they washed and cleaned everything inside and out including the truck area and I felt like a customer should in my situation in feeling like they were working for me and not the insurance company which is where others also fail.
If I ever need a car put back together after an accident I will definitely be back and I will recommend Luciano’s to friends and family 100%.”

“S&S was fantastic. I called on a Friday at 5 and they still went out until the yard to see they had what I was looking for and they will call me back. They called me back at 5:20 saying they had it. Went up on a few days later said when I called about and they knew exactly where to go and what it costed. Super nice people unlike other yards, they have newer vehicles.”

“Went here after getting rear ended. Here is what I learned. Their Johnstown location is the busiest. Not all three of the locations have inspectors on site for all insurances. I can tell you the South Fork location has an Erie insurance inspector on site. This is important because things are supposed to move quicker this way. Was really impressed with knowledge of the staff. They knew all about my car and about the process I had to go through dealing with insurance. I hope never to need them again but if I do, I won't hesitate to come here.”
