Can never find an employee when you need one and I have multiple times seen employees be nasty to older customers who don’t want to use the self checkout as they aren’t good at using them, acting mad they have to actually check someone out.

CVS in Landisville, is pathetic. The young, inexperienced guy that is working behind the counter in the pharmacy, is a joke, and doesn’t know what he is doing.

I do not recommend this store. The staff always have an arrogant face, they don said Good morning or Good afternoon I called the Manager to help me with something and he also came out with a very bad face.

I was so disappointed the last 2 times I went to the pharmacy. My medication was on back order, and I had to ask many questions to find out when/if I could get them. The pharmacist AND clerk were rude, non-communicative, and quickly frustrated with my questions.

I visited the location in Landisville PA on Main St. and this location does not have not one ethnic product in their store for hair care. I searched up and down the aisles over ten times and found nothing. Other locations have a whole section, but it seems as though the CVS brand only markets to the majority population when they put these stores in place and that is the highest form of discrimination. CVS should be ashamed that they do not serve to ALL of their customers. As a minority I should be able to visit any location and feel welcome and welcomed with their selection of products to offer ALL CUSTOMERS not just one specific group. I spoke with the manager and the excuse was there was not enough space to offer these types of products. Which is completely bias because the amount of empty shelves that they have could had easily been used for ethnic products. I am appalled and disappointed in the CVS brand I’m sure there is something in your handbook about diversity, but the company obviously does not live by their own standards. There’s a whole PDF document on your website about discrimination and you blatantly have ignored your own discrimination. This CVS location is racist and does not welcome people of color!

Actually 0 rating I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years now it’s time to find another one yesterday was the last draw this lady name Dawn was very rude,unkind she shouldn’t be working in healthcare at all she has no manners whatsoever!!!

Showed up at 6:25pm and the store was already closed. There were 2 other people besides me that were trying to go to this store as well so this store just lost 3 sales in the 5 minutes I was sitting in the parking lot writing with review. Sad.

Very clean and organized store, the Store manager Paula was so helpful and friendly as well as her team one the best CVS’s I have visited in a longtime.

If you can go to any other pharmacy please do! I've been using this CVS for almost 20 years and it has gone downhill. The phone will continue to ring with no answer. Recently I left it ring for 30 minutes prior to getting in my car and driving over while STILL letting it ring. Once there I was left rudely to wait with nobody acknowledging me (2 employees standing there at the pharmacy). Another few people arrived as well with no acknowledgement. Finally I was told they didn't have the medication anywhere in stock. Ignoring your customers for a lengthy period of time shows your lack of interest in providing care. Not to mention the hours online do not always match the actual hours open. You'll find this out when you get there with a handwritten note on the door. Good luck.

I had the best experience this morning when I went for my flu shot and covid shot!!! The new pharmacist was sooooo nice, kind, funny, down to earth, thorough and very knowledgeable. I had such a great time! I felt like I was amongst family....a great feeling for a small town pharmacy. The staff was wonderful and so kind. I just want to celebrate these folks today. They work so hard...I know they don't always get the appreciation they deserve. Thank you for all that you do! ❤️ You not only brighten the store, but you brightened my day! ?

I’m not a fan of CVS in general and I usually deal with another store just up the road, but the one time I called this pharmacy I dealt with Brandon and he was very helpful and I appreciate his service!
