The two techs that came to my house (believe one was named Jared) were so friendly. I was dropping my kids off at school when they arrived and they were so understanding - they came back 45 minutes later. Both were so kind and helpful. I had only submitted my insurance claim a few minutes prior to their arrival (long story) and they made a phone call to get payment adjusted with no issues at all.
