I would give a 0 if I could, I get that the mail room is not an easy job and I commend them for it but the customer service I get every single time I’m in there is terrible. A few nice workers for sure but the main boss in there just hates her job and acts like any request is asking for too much. If you hate your job please find a new profession.

I have repeatedly asked them to have the carrier close my Mail box after placing the mail in… now the carrier yanks the lid off and leaves it lay in the yard. Post master essentially laughed in disbelief and said”she would never do that, she’s 67 years old”! But here we are yet again its raining and the lids on the ground!!! (Pictures are from dec 21) not today. The point remains.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It's the best post office I've ever been in. Once you have been in there a couple of times they even remember your box number. Thank You

They tend to be rude to the customers. Sarcastic have a bad tone and just plain nasty. If I don't have to I do not go here I try to stay with stoneboro's or clarks mills! Those two are both nice :)
