This is a cool grocery store for multiple items. Fresh fruit, different options, deserts, meats. Not the cheapest options for shopping but def can get quality.

I used the happy returns option giant eagle runs through the customer service area. The lady was super helpful on the phone and in person.

Waiting in line purchasing groceries then being sent to another line to purchase NA beer is unnecessary. A sign would prevent checking out twice.

Decent place to shop, but some problems recently. 1) My last visit, there was a long line of people with cart fulls in the one line where you can buy alcohol. I had a few items and had to wait 20 minutes to check out. 2) My previous two visits, the same young man was the cashier in the alcohol line, and he was very unfriendly both times. Now I look at that check-out line before buying alcohol there. If he's working that register, I don't buy alcohol. 3) I used to be able to buy a while ham, and the butcher would happily cut it in half for me. This year, the butcher explained that he is no longer allowed to offer customers this service. I assume this is a management/corporate decision. Yes it's extra work for them, but it only took them a few minutes on a ban saw. I had to cut the through the bone with my hand miter saw to fit this ham in my oven.

I got a leather dress here cleaned. $75 are you kidding me. Also didn’t even get out the dirt marks that were on the dress. I literally went home and used an armor all leather care wipe and it was gone. Are you kidding me

I usually don't leave bad reviews but I have seen cleaner bathrooms at gas stations. Looked for manager but couldn't find one.
Update: at least the bathroom was clean the last two times.

Didn’t receive one of my items for pickup order, which is fine. But when I called to get it refunded, was told the manager would do it in the morning. I was not asked for my name, a way to contact me, an order number, not given the managers name, no idea if there’s going to be a follow up. The only thing I was asked is what the item was. I’m appalled this is the best process they could come up with!

Don’t order cakes from this location. Mine was decorated horribly , looked like a child had decorated it.
