I've been taking my car to ken & Son’s Auto Repair for several years now, and I can confidently say that Ken is one of the most honest, trustworthy, and skilled mechanics I’ve ever met. From the very beginning, he’s been easy to talk to, straightforward about what needs to be done, and incredibly knowledgeable.
Ken has handled several major repairs on my vehicle, including replacing the transfer case, alternator, catalytic converter, and even a Clutch replacement, along with a few other little tasks such as oil changes, fixing my headlights etc.. Each job has been completed with precision and care. No shortcuts, no surprises just quality work from someone who clearly takes pride in what he does.
What really sets Ken apart is the level of trust he builds with his customers. It's hard to find a mechanic you can fully rely on, especially when it comes to big, expensive jobs. But with Ken, I have complete peace of mind. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

This place is a huge rip off!!! They will tell you something is wrong with your car just to charge you more! They are racist and mistreat customers. I didn't believe the rumors, I wish I would have. They destroyed my car.

We thought we found a mechanic. We had a good experience when they fixed my husband's wheel bearing. He said they charge $100/hour, but do good work, so it was worth it. Well, we took our 2015 Jeep Compass there for a top of tank fuel leak. The first trip, they smoke tested it for $100 and found nothing. We brought it home and it leaked again. My husband took it back, with the back seat removed, while the gas was on the top of the tank. It was there 6 business days. We called to check in. They were watching it to try to find where the leak was. Then, after consulting another mechanic, so as to not put parts on that were not needed, they replaced a purge valve and fuel pump seal. It was still leaking. We just went and brought it home. That was $168 more. They are very nice, but we were not satisfied with the work. $268, 6 days and not fixed.
Update: My husband changed the fuel pump ($135 at Advance) and 15 minutes of work. Here are pictures of the cracks in the old one. Let’s hope it stays dry.

Too thorough on inspection. $1k in repairs to pass but dealership passed with no problems. They seem like nice people though otherwise.

I was on my way home when my power steering cut out and my serpentine belt shredded. I'm new to the area and no one had recommended anything. I saw Ken and Sons had 4.9 stars and that surprised me. Rarely to people review unless service is spectacular.
Well there service and tow were spectacular and I can see how they're rated so highly. Will recommend in the future
