Everytime I have visited the post office to mail a package, I have notice how polite and hardworking the Postmaster is. Once we had a problem with a package we did not receive and the Postmaster was very efficient in resolving the problem with a new driver.

Repeated issues with lack of second attempt deliveries on amazon purchases. Always have to track package down and have them re-deliver. At least a half dozen instances. Improvement in this area is needed.

We have never ever had a bad experience with our mailbox delivery, house package delivery, or at the actual post office. All have been rather uneventful and pretty much forgetful- which is what you want. Well done Sarver Post office!

Mail is always missing, delivered to the wrong address & delayed. Customer service is the worst in the area.

The mail is continually delivered to my neighbor as opposed to me. They will fold my mail, larger envelopes to make them fit in my box. This results in official certificates of achievements being ruined. To top it off, when I called to discuss the issue the woman I spoke with was abrupt and rude. I am only asking that my mail come to my address and they can feel free to leave a note in the box for me to come pick up larger items. No wonder the postal service is on the decline. Awful customer service

Like another post said, if I could give this office a no star review I would. Absolutely terrible service. And when you do get a call the employees will never apologize and get pretty stand-off-ish as if you were wrong. Mail can be delivered any time of day between 11am and 8pm, if they bother coming down my street at all. Then I will watch on my security camera they drive past my mailbox and 20 min later I get a message they claimed they couldn't deliver due to no access to the mailbox. Biggest group of lazy liars I've ever dealt with.

If I could I would give them no star review. My mail is never on time my packages are never delivered even tho I pay for shipping and handling. Why if I have to drive up there to get my packages. No one answers the phone when you call. The non deliverable package slip's can never be scanned and redelivery. They need to get it together. This time I wasn't the only person up there trying to get my packages anther guy was there and said the same thing I did.

Horrible postal service. They dont communicate with members of the community and deliver mail when convenient. Stuffing packages in tiny boxes instead of in front of the house.

Can't get a call back from the postmaster at this location. Our rural carrier flies down our dirt road after repeatedly being asked to slow down. There are kids, grandkids and pets that live on this road. I'm so afraid one of these days the carrier is going to hit someone or someone's pet.

This place is absolute garbage. How many times am I going to have to order a redelivery before it actually happens? The fact the building is standing after the level of incompetence I've witnessed is mind boggling.

Very disappointed. Ordered a re-delievery 3 days in advance and waited all day, but no package came. If I stop in to sign for it and it's not at the building I will be furious.If only I could give a zero.
