Great customer service! Ryan was very helpful as I evaluated their various tech service offerings, as well as computers. And, so I spent a fair amount of time there - during which time it was clear that the other staff there also demonstrated friendly, professional, effective customer service. Great value-add!”

“I drop off packages here outside of peak hours all the time. I never have any problems and there's usually almost no wait. A year or two ago one of my packages had a weird issue where it kept going back and forth between 2 postal distribution centers. I spoke with the local postmaster, who was very nice and happy to help, and he said he'd look into it. Two days later I had my package.”
“The UPS Store has a new location that is bigger and new employees. It is customer focused here. They have a lot of different services. The hours are convenient. If you haven't been there in a while, check out the new store.”
