“Dollar general is a nice store. They have just about everything you need. I like the products too. The prices are reasonable as well. What bothers me though, in every single store in this particular chain in my area, the isles are overcrowded with items and you can't get through. It looks messy and unkempt. It's also a safety hazard. My suggestion is to always remove ladders during working hours. Create a better shelving display so that items aren't on the floor and customers can actually view the products. What frustrates me the most is when I'm waiting and calling out for a cashier to help check me out. I also don't like when employees get snippy. I understand they get understaffed but you don't take it out on the customers. I believe one cashier should stay behind the counter at all times. Finally, never disrespect an employee by chastising them in front of customers. This causes humiliation with your employees and it makes management look bad. If you have an issue, wait until you have a free moment and take them to a private place where you can calmly explain what it is they are doing wrong. It's not very professional to lose your cool with an employee in front of customers. That is just poor work ethic.”
“Dollar tree is great! I especially like this one because it's so much larger than most. I came away with craft supplies for $1 each. A true dollar store, where everything is still $1.”
“Kudos to Carol very helpful and great employee. Was in there on 8/11/23 at 12:12 pm and was in line to check out. 2 sales associates proceed to go outside to smoke while there is a line at the checkout... not good?”
“This store has really improved in the variety of items it offers. I like to go on Saturdays when they have the $5 off $25 and use other coupons to get the best savings.”
“I love dollar General. Never had any issues except with bread and bagels. Seems like that can go really quick at certain locations. Never have to wait in line that long and they always have great deals.”

I plan on getting all the stuff for my lighted animal garden outside and they have anything and everything you can imagine in this store and it's now $1.25 & up but still great deals!! I just got these beautiful solar lanterns for my porch and I absolutely love them & they were only $5 a piece!”

“The Dollar Tree is an okay store. It's not the dirtiest nor the cleanest store I've been in. They have a good variety of items to choose from and, aside from now charging $1.25 for most items, it's still about the most inexpensive place to get some pretty cool stuff for holidays.”

“Hello , Dollar General as usual, provides a good service for those who do not want to go to a big supermarket nor have the time. DG gas the basics pretty well down pat... Lots to look at , may spend a little more for convenience, but these stores are really handy... From cold milk to canned goods , auto, laundry, some clothes, medicines.... This store , right beside Salvation Army Thrift , has plenty of parking and very handy right off of Rt8 North of Butler.. They meet a need in Rural Americana... God Bless, Keith.”
“DG is our go-to place being so close and convenient with a great variety of anything. Today, I let the new manager know that my little girl accidentally dropped and broke a small figurine. He wouldn’t let me pay for it and asked if we had glue at home to fix it and let her take it home. He also helped to ensure I had all of the current coupons and that the sale items scanned correctly. The cashier was also very helpful and talked to my little girl while I checked out.”

“This place is awesome! It always has what I'm looking for plus more!The store is always clean and isles are never blocked by boxes or debris.There is handicap ♿ parking areas that are close to the door, and several of them are available ?!Cashiers are friendly and knowledgeable about where a product is located in the store!!”
“The store was very clean, and the young lady at the register was very kind and did her job very well! In fact when I brought back the shopping cart, she thanked me, and she was keeping herself busy sweeping the floors. That might not seem like a big deal (sweeping the floors) however it shows that the employee is invested in her duties 110%. It's hard to find employees these days, that when they have downtime, they keep working.! Kudos to my local family Dollar store, for hiring good employees that care not only about the customer but also the store.”
“Staff willing to help and friendly. I don't like going to this store because there's not as many choices as other stores. The isles seem so packed full and very narrow it's hard to find what your looking for. Merchandise sitting in isles and doesn't feel cozy enough for me to want to spend any length of time looking aound.”
“This Dollar General located on RT 356 heading north into Butler, is a Godsend to folks in the surrounding area!! Easy to access , lots of parking, nice clean well stocked store. Keep in mind at this critical time , in our history, there are some things are in high demand and may not be there. However supply trucks arrive often and help to meet these new demands, be patient... God Bless Dollar General and the dear folks that work there . They work hard to make their store work well for the customer!! God Bless , keith.”
“FD Drivers: Apparently many of the drivers use rhe diner parking lot across the street to turn around and drive straight down along the front of the building but, if you can't do that, use the entire street and turn right into the parking lot of the Plaza via the entrance closest to the plaza itself. You want the plaza to remain on your left and be as close to it as possible without hitting the roof obviously
Your two biggest obstacles will be the corner of the roof on your driver side and the cars parked closest to the street on your passenger side when turning into the Plaza. It's doable, just use the entire street to swing wide.
Door is in the middle of the Plaza (green and black doors) don't spin around and try to pack up to where the red poles are. That may have been a door at one point but it's a bricked up wall now.”
