Over the several years it took us to find the home we were looking for, we worked with a few people at this office, and they all were great, especially our agent Kerri Kadyk. We actually used them to find our new home and sell our previous one, and have nothing but great things to say. They are also super involved in the community, which is awesome. Highly recommend!

When we decided to sell our house Marilyn gave us advice on getting our house ready to list. When we did list our house it sold the first day. After the home inspection she worked with us to find the persons to do the work in the time we needed it to be done. Christine worked very hard with our bank getting the forms they needed. She worked hard right up to the closing. Both Marilyn and Christine were available twenty-four seven. They made it happen for us and now we are in our new home. PS Their truck was a great help in our move.

In 2012 our son was in search of a house because he had accepted a position in, and was moving to, the Pittsburgh area. In addition to showing him a variety of properties in and around the Pittsburgh area, Marilyn adhered to his need to stay within a certain price range and for certain specifics to be present in the house. By researching available properties, Marilyn narrowed the search and saved him time by showing him homes that he was truly interested in. While she provided our son with viable and helpful suggestions, he never felt pressured to purchase a house that didn't fit his needs.
Later, when our son bought his late grandfather's home, he again chose the Hutterer-Stahl team to sell the first house. Once again, the process moved along smoothly and quickly, and our son sold the house for what he considered a good price. Additionally, the Hutterer-Stahl team provided their moving truck free-of-charge so that we were able to get him settled into his new home problem-free.
We have told many friends and family of the wonderful service this realty group provided, and we would always use them for any of our home-buying and selling needs.

We were lucky to find Marilyn to represent us as our agent. We are building in Pa. while living out of state 600 miles away. Marilyn went above and beyond from everything to finding a lot to dealing with HOA's and other stumbling blocks along the way. Marilyn has been our realtor for over 20 years. She sold not only our home, but also the lots in my husband's housing plans. Trying to sell the last few lots in a plan is sometimes difficult cue to their location, layout, rules governing materials, layout, etc., and sometimes neighbors.
I had been trying to sell the last remaining lots in my husband's estate for the past 4 years. Needless to say, there were difficulties due to some of the above factors. Marilyn is like a dog with a bone. She keeps things going when others would have given up, plus made sure everything was done legally. I can not express my admiration enough for Marilyn and her team for following through and finally completing the sales.

I can not say enough about this team of dedicated Real Estate Agents! We worked closely with Christine, who did a fantastic job, from showing us multiple homes, listening and taking note to what we were looking for and contacting us as soon as something become listed that she thought we may take interest in. She always responded promptly to our text/emails and got us in quickly to see homes that we thought we may like.
Christine saw the whole process through from beginning to end. She was right there from the time we found our dream property until the time we closed on it, answering any questions for us that come up along the way.
The Saxonburg Northwood Office is a very professional, knowledgeable and experience team that I would ALWAYS recommend using whether buying or selling.

Joyce and Marilyn went above and beyond helping us with the sale of our parents' home. They were very knowledgeable about the market, and had great selling advice. Marilyn found contractors and scheduled work that needed done, which was a blessing, since we live a few miles away.
